The lady that's working there right now it's Sep 26,2023 at 1pm she was rude and I can tell she had a attitude throwing things around I asked for a price she said " I don't know " so never going back she hates her job she should quit ! She makes Starbucks look terrible and usually they are friendly.

Husband and I stop at this Starbucks weekly while we do shopping at target. We have a good experience unless the blonde lady who wears a pony tail is working, she always has a rude know-it-all attitude. I ordered a caramel macchiato but asked if they were able to pre shake it for me, she corrected me and said “well that is not a macchiato then” whether correct or not I did not appreciate it. Today we paid for 2 venti drinks,we received mediums or “grande.” We asked if that is what we paid for and she got an attitude with us, she offered to remake the drinks but after seeing her attitude and the line was already long we decided to leave. She proceeded to say “fine suit yourself” and laughed with another customer about us as we walked away. Very poor customer service. After todays experience we will not use this Starbucks if she is the one working.
