Service and food was good, but the way the place is kept in unacceptable. This is Starbucks; it is supposed to be a classy high end coffee shop, therefore, a clean house should be in the priority list. There was hairs and crumbs all over the tables and floor, the floor is dirty(and no, it wasn’t wet outside).

I was passing through stopped here and the guy at the window was so rude did not let me finish my order he kept cutting me off like he knew what I was gonna say he got my drink wrong it was disgusting it tasted like dirty water I was so disappointed payed all that money just to throw it away, idk why he was in a hurry we had no one behind us. He was the older white gentleman at the window 3/15/24 around 11am.
