Showed up tonight to get subway. Saw lights were ON and went in since the door was UNLOCKED. Apparently the door is a lie, they close at 9:30pm. I respect they say that on Google, however when you see the place looking like it's open and the door isn't locked, it's a fair assumption to think it is open. Not sure why y'all feel the need to close at 9:30pm when there's a hospital nearby. [OLDER]Edit: Finally actually tried this place and... nobody on the line is wearing a hairnet or a hat. Just hair flying free. One girl in the back who was sweeping is wearing her hair. The girl making my sandwich was as nice as could be, but her hair touched my food while making it. And then she touched her hair to put it behind her ear. Food safety is a thing for a reason. ?

Well, where to start!! No manager in store for a refund, on Sundays I guess.Ordered online…I ordered 2 sandwiches and a pizza, out of that only one sandwich was made correctly.The other was missing the cheese and roast beef, which was the main ingredient!! The pizza, I wanted extra sliced tomatoes on top with cheese on top.. and got 4 small slices as an afterthought!! Plus it was cold.Worst service ever!! If I could leave no stars I would have!

I’ve always loved a good Subway sandwich. Everything was great. The service and food was fantastic! I’d leave 5 stars but there was some kind of strange, bad odor in there. Who knows…couldn’t pinpoint it so got my sandwich and left.

Ordered a rotisserie chicken flat bread sandwich. I asked for the meat to be heated. Well about 1/4 cup of juice was as the bottom of container. Instead of draining it she put it on the bread. It would take 2 seconds to have removed the juice. It was the most soggy sandwich ever. BTW no other customers in store, not busy. The lack of friendliness is unbelievable, smile, say hello when the customer says HI. Bathroom disgusting, first bad sign. Don't waste your money and time at This particular store. Do better!!

No ice in the fountain machine, flat soda, and a lost online order where I was made to feel like I was just trying to steal food. Horrible management at this location. The manager was yelling and on a power trip, I would not choose this location again.

It’s hot as hell inside the store. I ordered my sandwich on line at 11:27 am with a pick up time at 11:45. They didn’t start making my sandwiches until 11:53. There is no ice in the fountain machine. And the manager walks around asking if people need help? Hell yeah! There were 4 employees and the manager and 2 customers in line. Ridiculous….
