I got a meatball sandwich and the new girl didn't toast my sandwich long enough. It was falling apart on her when she was trying to rap my sandwich she had to get someone to finish it when I got home my sandwich was a complete sloppy mess I can't even eat it I have never had this problem before yall need to train these new employees better. I WANT A REFUND ON THIS PURCHASE WHICH I KNOW IM NOT GOING TO GET

You guys used some dry bread for my delivery order, there was no lettuce on my buffalo chicken and a piece of bacon on their that I did not order.I cannot get out much cause I'm busy at home with my baby and I don't treat myself much to takeout so I it's disappointing when I get some half a$$ sandwiches. Y'all need to pay attention or start caring about what you make with delivery orders cause I don't wanna waste time to call and complain and come over so you can make my order right and then waste some more time driving back home.

I walked into the restaurant and staff was cleaning the lobby with gloves on they then proceeded to walk to the back change gloves NEVER WASHING THEIR HANDS! When I asked about why they hadn’t they became defensive! The taller of the 2 male employees refused to give me his name and rolled his eyes and ran to the back. I rang the bell to ask for the manager who was even ruder than the employees she refused to give me her name or the number for corporate and told me not to come back all because I asked the employees why they didn’t wash theirs hands between cleaning and food prep. Don’t want to know what they do to the food when no one is looking!

There's this woman with short purple hair and she is so rude she use to work at the Walmart subway on Adams and I stoped going there because of her rudeness but today she was at this subway. How does she still have a job it's obvious she doesn't like people.

When I eat here, I usually use the app and order ahead. Food has always been made exactly how I ordered & ready at the time it says. Great staff, clean and quick service when you order ahead.

12-4-22Sandwiches had literally a single piece of meat. They were extremely messy & soggy. My husband had 4 piece of chicken, if that. Very disappointing.

The store manager was very rude and she mashes down the sandwiches until they are flat as a pancake. She is chinchy with what she puts on the sandwich. The broccoli soup was watery and had no broccoli in it. All of the cookies were almost burnt. We had to beg for napkins.

Poor service and staff doesn't care about customers at all unless you're a married district manager and will sleep with the store manager to promote her career. Poor behavior on your end Amanda Purcell!
