Omg!!! Never have I had a complaint about a taco before today!!! This location served me the most disgusting meal ever! The entire meal taste old! The deep fried items all taste as if the oil hasn't been changed in months!!! My chalupa was so stale and the lettuce was freaking frozen!!!! Like they should seriously be ashamed for serving someone this!! I'm appalled!
So I made an order last night and I put the number of hot sauce packets to eight because I didn't really want to do too much but that person that made my order must have read my mind because he filled up almost the whole bottom of the bag of hot sauce packets and I am set for life now that was one of the coolest thing lol awesome

Just went through the drive through started our order with please no sour cream on anything, and ended the order with the same sentence. Got home and half of the order is missing, and everything has sour cream, and they didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call back. I’m sad.

Neatly packed orders at the drive-thru... this is a plus!They may not always get the sauce packets right, except they don't forget your napkins. Customer service may not be the most enthusiastic, but the food is prepared fast. They say the right things, however their tone lacks motivation.While all this may seem a little wishy-washy, I still go here for my Chicken Chalupa fixes. I grew up on Taco Bell! I guess I never really expected much other than hot fast food. If their corn taco shells are always crunchy, their chalupa shells are always soft, and their Dr. Pepper is never flat, I'm a happy bell.
