Everything we have tried has been seasoned to perfection, the ingredients fresh, the broth savory, the meat tender and delicious. The portions are also beyond generous. The Taco truck was delicious! I wish some of the other food trucks were open. I visited on a Saturday and none of the trucks were open. Otherwise highly suggest the Taco and Cajun food truck!

Stumbled across you da Noodle man at fox dog. I'm shocked with how many shrimp they serve in their ramen. Usually, you get like 5, there was at least a dozen. The broth was delicious, as well the garlic egg. Try them today!
