I go here quite often! In the past year, frostie machine has only been working once !!! My daughter used to work here. The machine is down because no one wants to clean it !!! That is SAD !!!!! Since frosty is one of the signatures of Wendys !!!! Get working people in your establishment !!!!!

Pretty okay place as long as you don't come during lunch rush hour. Both times I went here the cashier didn't prompt me or my coworker for our orders, and didn't ask if we wanted a receipt, so we would stand there staring at her for no reason before and after ordering. Never had that happen anywhere else. Normally you hear "May I take your order?" when you walk up, and "Would you like a receipt?". Oh well, the food was really good and crispy and served as soon as we finished filling our drinks. Definitely a good quick stop.

The lovely lady working the counter never once greeted me and was extremely rude. Threw my bag of food at me, slide my drink over and walked away.I'm just passing thru from a school trip with my child and extremely disappointed I chose this place to stop.Hopefully those working there realize they work on SERVICE industry and being polite to your customers is important. Get it together people!

Gotta give it the one star because we ended up getting out of line. The line was not moving at all! The location is horrible. Way to much traffic and busyness going on, to just be sitting there waiting forever.

I've been here twice now. The first time we came over from Buc-ee's because it was insanely busy there. It was very busy at Wendy's as well. That's why I cut them a break on the dirty dining area, filthy bathrooms and poor service. Well, we just stopped again. When we arrived at 11am there was only one other person dining there. We walked up to the register, the lady there looked at us and turned around and walked away. After standing there for maybe 3-4 minutes she came back and asked if we had been helped. She was the ONLY person working the register. She went on to be fairly rude. Again the dining area was dirty. The bathrooms were ok..... I won't go back. Don't care how busy Buc-ee's is!

Just very understaffed that's all I'm going to say. The ladies were nice I don't want to say anything bad about them however they are very shortheaded making everything less than it should be

9/30/23My husband and I went into this Wendy's and the lady at the counter was taking her sweet time taking orders but ok. Waited 15 mins being second person inline, ordered a #1 and a #7 both combos, waited another 10 mins, cool, received our food and started home opened the #1 and the chicken was so burnt it wasn't recognizable. Turned around and drove the 8 miles back and the lady who prepared the sandwich obviously seemed like she didn't want to be there from the beginning, with a nasty attitude said it was the grease....so y'all don't change the grease, DISGUSTING! Mrs. Jackie told the cashier to give back $4 and change, don't know how much the combo was, didn't receive a receipt at the time of purchase and the menu boards are off. If you don't like you job find a new one. Customers pay for what they want not what you want to give them. The health department and some upper management really need to get down there before someone gets sick and sues them.

Waiting in the drive thru over 20 minutes. Only 2 cars in front of us. Get to order then get told they're only taking cash thru the drivehtru. Then told to wait. After another five minutes ended up backing out of the line and leaving. Had the same terrible service once before here. There won't be a third time.
