Worst Whataburger ever!! Horrible experience! I never ever leave reviews but this definitely warrants one! The African American woman who took our order was incredibly rude to us, (we’re Hispanic) yet was beyond friendly to the couple behind us (African American). Racist much!!After that, she had 6 friends come in and basically ignored customers the entire time since she was hanging out with them in front of the counter.25 minutes passed, and they still hadn’t brought out our order. We approached the counter, and she asked “what do you need”… we mentioned the wait time and said we still haven’t received our order and her response was “oh I remember you.” Well geez I would hope so, there was only one other customer in there aside from her friends. As well as 16-20 employees. 6 of them sitting around.Clearly there was no manager on site, or at least not one who has any pride or respect for their establishment or its customers. It may be time to take out the trash and work on finding better staff.

Stopped by on my trip to DFW from SATX. By far one of the cleanest and nicest Whataburger I’ve ever been to. Very friendly and personable staff. Both meals were made correctly and even looked like the commercials. Thanks y’all!

Horrible service, we Place an order online curbside, order was supposed to be ready at 8:43 pm my wife got to designated spot number #2 after 5 minutes of waiting, and no food she decided to walk inside and ask about the order and nobody knew nothing about it, not showing on there system they were saying, so The decided to place the order again, and after around 30 minutes of waiting, finally got the order, some items were missing, definitely not our night ?, to celebrate on valentine's day

It was a fine burger, but nothing to write home about. It's better than McDonald's, but not a burger I would seek out again. The service was wonderful; everyone was very nice and helpful, and they were even giving away eclipse glasses leading up to it!

Well in person dining has been great but order delivery with grubhub got a bacon cheese burger n fries with a large diet dr.pepper .the delivery order was fast but my burger was cold running nothing on it hardly uhhh n fries dry n cold my sodas I wanted lite ice I even called after i place my order to tell them ?☹️
Hands down one of the best Whataburger's I've visited. Wow, the staff! What a great bunch of hard-working and super friendly people. They were busy and in the weeds, but the customer service was phenomenal. Everyone had a big smile on their faces, and they were just a delightful, fun bunch, working hard and getting things done.It's Whataburger, so one knows the food delivery is not exceptionally quick, but the quality of all they offer is great. They got everything about our order perfect, it was served piping hot, and the crunchy onion rings were the best. Love those rings! Our burgers were prepared to perfection and oh so tasty and juicy. I had the sweet & spicy burger combo and it was scrumptious.The establishment is SUPER clean, and it has such a welcoming atmosphere. It makes it for such a pleasant dining experience.If you are Jonesing for Whataburger, I highly, highly recommend a visit to this location. Great staff, super clean establishment, and delicious food. Just a spectacular Whataburger!Parking: No issues with parking. Plenty of spots in their free lot and easy access.

New store but service is slooooowwww. I've been here for 3 days in a row and the service has been extremely delayed. Not sure what's going on inside because I'm going through the drive-thru. Tonight I went up to order my food at the drive up and there were two cars to the left of me that went through theirs before I did and I ended up waiting in line for almost another 10 minutes. Pulled up to the window ask how long it was going to take they said they weren't sure and asked me to pull up further so the people behind me can get their food. All I got was two order of wings fries and a drink. I can't imagine it takes 25 minutes to cook that at a fast food restaurant. They really need to figure out what's going on inside. I really really want to like the store.

I ordered through the drive-through. When they brought my food to me, they forgot my brownie. So I told them. Some other lady brought me out a cookie and said they were out of brownies. Like it was supposed to be just fine. I accepted the cookie, but then later realized the brownie is a whole lot more money. They should be offering something comparable or your money back. Otherwise it’s stealing. I honestly don’t believe they forgot to put the brownie in my bag. They just thought I would not notice.
