This is the second time I ordered online and the service is terrible. They never give me straws for my drink (I don't understand how the employees think I'm going to drink it) and my sweet tea that I ordered tasted like pure water and my hamburger was very cold, my husband Oh, I ordered once online and they gave him excellent service. I thought the same thing would happen to me and I was disappointed. I hope the employees pay more attention to those details.

I visited this Whataburger location for a late-night snack and I paid for my food with a $100 bill. It took them a very long time to give me my change and when they finally gave me my change it included a $50 bill. Moving forward when I got back to Dallas and tried to use the $50 bill a few days later I was told the $50 bill was counterfeit!!! I called back to the Whataburger location I received it from to just let them that I received a fake bill from them and the manager was very rude and unprofessional!! She would not even give me her name! This is very unacceptable. I tried to call the customer service number to report the issue and they were not much better. Beware when you receive change in cash from this location because your meal may cost you more than it was really worth! I ultimately paid $70 for one meal!

This location is insanely slow, even with an hour lunch, your entire hour will be spent getting your food here, don't know what the issue is, but expect to spend literal hours here if you want to eat

Highly upset what is the point of a mobile order if your order is not gonna be ready when you’re there I went in there and had six people get their orders before me and I was there first then when I told him that I was standing there for 30 minutes, they even say anything then it sounded like they lost my order, so I was waiting there. Almost 40 minutes for a mobile order that shouldn’t have to be a thing

First time here. Older lady at front counter could have been a lil nicer. She was snarky and getting smart. I attribute it to her old age. Everyone else was great!!! Friendly, helpful, funny! Older lady needs to be in the back. Great food for my first time!!!

Waited 20 mins for me order and when I approached counter they had lost the order and then when my order was given yo me it was still incomplete. So I asked to return that partial order back to my card and manager said they only return cash back not on card. This manager and staff is ridiculous. I think training needs to be done.
