1. Ordered 2 dirty bobas and pointed at the large crème brûlée dirty boba poster, a monterosa cake and a Pyramid mouse. Got regular dirty boba. Not crème brûlée. I guess I take the blame since I didn’t say it out loud. However, I noticed that I couldn’t taste the tea in the drink, and realized I was never asked what kind of tea we wanted, if any at all. 2. Both desserts came straight out of the freezer and practically frozen, we could even see ice on the top of the monterosa cake. Could barely cut slices of the cakes due to how hard the desserts were, and they do not supply knives. To add on, we weren’t warned/made aware that our desserts would be served frozen, especially since we were eating in. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve never had this problem..I’m for sure not visiting this place again.

The servers were totally great, i only didn't enjoy the sweetness level of the drink which is my go to. I ordered 50% sweet and that was definitely my bad, the sweet girl working fixed it to be full sweet and that was great service but the drink itself just wasn't that good.

My granddaughter loves this place. Great drinks, my favorite is the dirty latte.
I was on my way to Louisiana and we stopped here for some boba. I asked if they had any non-dairy options, and I was told they did. I ended up ordering the crème brulee without the dairy topping. I took my first sip, and it was delicious. They really got the flavors correct with this drink. For someone who misses out on drinks and desserts because of the dairy it was nice to taste this drink and be able to get the flavors. I know if I had the topping, I would have gotten the full experience, but I opted not to go down that road. If you are in the area, please stop by and give them a try.

The two ladies working the frontend were spectacular; well organized in total harmony. I was extremely impressed.Dietary restrictions: They use lactose free milk products and offer a variety of fruit options for a healthier drink.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking and a ramp.

My drink was prepared quickly and was great! The mango popping boba and lychee jelly were delicious additions. They have self-use kiosks right by the front door church can save time if the register is backed up. Cool, clean place overall.

Great and clean place to get your boba fix. We tried the Mango Breeze with cheese foam top and strawberry popping boba, AND it was phenomenal. We also tried the Summer melon with mango popping bob but will definitely come back for the mango breeze. They also have sturdy cups and straws which was a nice touch.
