Tried the chicken fried steak sandwich!! 2 ? up. It really was as good as it looks on the commercials. The young ladies that brought out my order was super polite! She was taking everybody's orders. No help!
There's a good number of troubles with the app that continue to plague Sonic. After having reduced specials to in-app ordering only, this poses a problem for sustained business. Consumers are constantly on the lookout for deals, and with the combination of ordering problems with the app and in app deals only, the issue drives one to visit another option for the best deals. Lord knows I love my local Sonic. Go there 2 sometimes 3x a day. That being said, whom ever sets the schedule for evening and weekend shifts needs to be retrained. Today they had most all of their stalls filled and 1 car hop! Buttons going off, customers leaving because they turn off the red button to try and catch up! It's ridiculous.
