Go in to order, there was one family ahead of me, and one family of 5 behind me. First, family order and get their food before my family gets a chance to order. Placed order and went got drinks, sauces, and picked a table see them placing some of our order on a tray on front counter. Family after us gets their order for 5 people eats and leaves before we (3 people) get our food. The food they placed on the counter (fries and burgers) are cold and soggy as it took 18 mins to get our food. Bathroom was out of order and blocked off. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The person who took my order couldn't hear me and kept getting it wrong. When I asked her to repeat it back to me at the window, she rolled her eyes and muttered "oh mah gahd..." She still had the order wrong once she repeated it to me.She was wearing a blank name tag that had no name on it. I'm sorry but at the prices we are paying for your damned living wages now, maybe act like you can be bothered to try and get it right.Then the order came out and everything was wrong...The General Manager was nice, and fixed everything, but good grief... ?

The ratios are disappointing for the amount we paid. I got a turkey, bacon, ranch wrap. The amount of everything was so disproportionate. There was more lettuce and wrap then turkey, tomato, or bacon. Honestly the amount of meat wasn't even equal to a roast beef slider which was sad. Spent $24 between my food and my mother's. Honestly I use to never have a problem spending so much at Arby's because flavor and amount was worth it but sadly not anymore.

I have ordered from Arby's for the past two nights and got the Philly cheese steak meal, our fries were overcooked and taste like they were cooked in old oil. I've tried to call the restaurant several times to speak with the manager but keep getting a busy signal. You can not tell me that they are that busy to where they have to take their phone off the hook.

Don't expect to be greeted nicely. Don't expect your order to be right. Always expect to go back in or go back through the drive-thru!I know this isn't my first time, my second time or my third time being there. I just don't eat there very often.Order isn't right. Workers are talking to each other and not paying attention. One reason I don't agree with the $15 an hour fast food service

I never like giving out bad reviews. But this Arby's I'll never visit again. I went once before,a/c unit broken. The workers were vexed because of the heat. My food was not great. However I'll give you a second try. On visiting this time, the wrong food was given to me. My husband was very upset. So Arby's in San Antonio I'll visit but not Texarkana Texas ever again.

So, unfortunately I can't rate fast food restaurants on much other than food, correctness of order, and speed. They made a mistake on our order and I wasn't going back. The food is typical Arby's food, not much for a vegetarian but my wife loves the hot ham (they were out). I had a shake and would have had curly fries but they didn't make it into the bag. They didn't seem busy enough to have that many problems, but stuff happens. I will update the rating when we visit in the future.
