When I got to the window, I heard the cashier ask about the ribs. I didn't give it much thought. Got back to work and my ribs were drier than a desert. They were hard and not edible except that "one" on top and the pinto beans were super salty.

Authentic Texas BBQ here. I'm from the northwest where this kind of BBQ isn't anywhere to be found and especially not this good. We come here every time we're in town. So that's maybe once a year at best. My wife is from Texarkana.
