Have gone several times; employees are usually cheerful and just a pleasure to be around. Ice cream is of course delicious and with so many mix-ins, you’d be hard-pressed to not find something you like. They also have a couple of dairy free options, including sorbet and silk.

When it comes to ice cream you can't beat Cold Stone. Well you probably could somewhere but for me this place works. It has gotten a little pricey over the years but the ice cream is still great. This location is pretty good. I know from reviews it's been a bit mixed. It's been that way with me time to time and the mixed part comes with customer service. There are times I go in and the service is great. The next time you can tell the employees just don't want to be there. But again that's only a segment of a review. To me the ice cream is always spot on. My favorite go to is the Mud Pie Mojo. The waffle bowls are always fresh (well except one time). The seating area is big enough to sit down and enjoy the ice cream. They also have cakes and ice cream to go as well. If you want a quick treat with great flavor you can't beat this place. They are recently remodeling so I look forward to the new look.

Every time I get off work and want a milkshake, they are mopping the floors or closed by 8:20, but the hours say they close at 9. I want my milkshake if you supposed to still be open, I understand cleaning when it’s close to closing time, but not closing ahead of schedule
I had butter pecan in a cup and my husband had chocolate milkshake about 7pm. We both got violent diarrhea during the night. Not a good experience.

The orange sorbet smoothie I had was great. The others people I was with enjoyed ice creams. But I wish we didn't have to sit in the parking lot to eat them. The workers had all the tables and chairs pushed to the side to sweep and mop 40 minutes before they closed. Lights were off at 10 till.
