Very, very good! One of our favorite spots when we're in Texarkana. They have great home cookin' style food, southern style. The food tastes like something good that grandma would make.
A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was wonderful and fast. The food was delicious and reminded me of my Grandmother's home cooked meals.

I'm not sure how you can mess up a salad, but here we are. Couldn't tell if it was the cheese or dressing, but forced a few bites down. I won't be doing that again. My little girl got the chicken strips (which were great by the way) but refused to eat her fries. They looked good to me, so I was going to eat them but they were cold and awful.I got the chicken fried steak and it was average at best. A little chewy but I get it, that's the chance you take although the crust was good. I also got the mashed potatoes and there was very little gravy which went along with the lack of texture and flavor.The waitress was very sweet but screwed up the order as well..This is probably like most restaurants in that you need to find something good here and I'm sure there's other great things besides the chicken strips.
