Yes Firehouse Subs in Texarkana does disappoint! On Saturday, December 9 I placed an order at the store for a sandwich tray to be ready on Saturday, December 16. I called on Friday, December 15 to confirm my order and that I would be in to pick it up the next day. I showed up today and nobody knew anything about my order. They called someone who didn’t know anything about it either. I explained that I needed the tray for a Christmas party that I was attending in the next 30 minutes. The workers today apologized but did not attempt to help in any way. I went around the corner to Subway on Richmond Road and explained my situation and they had a sandwich tray made for me in 20 minutes! I was in such a frantic hurry that I didn’t get their names but they saved the day! So Texarkana, if you need something catered, be aware.

Place is always busy because the food is good and its great for kids. Mine love the fireman hats and everyone ate every bit of their food. Coke freestyle machine brings it all homeKid-friendliness: Firemen hats for all!

Best Firehouse we've been to, and we've been to a LOT of them. Friendly staff and the food was ready fast. Fresh and great food is standard for Firehouse, but friendly staff and speed vary by location. The Texarkana location is great!

Not too impressed with the service.pretty slow the employees on the phones too much. Food was ok but not put together good. It was like throwing the ingredients within care of placement. Not hard to make a sandwich. I have been to others and no issues. Best was North Little Rock location.

It's been 7 years since I've eaten here. I uses to eat here with a dear friend every week until she passed away in 2016. Food was excellent, service was good and cashier was friendly and I like how I was greeted upon entering the store. I got the Firehouse Hero sandwich and it was very good and I'll be back to eat here regularly again.

I currently work at this firehouse subs, and would like to note that we are working very hard to maintain a clean and friendly environment and sometimes we do run out of things and that is out of our control, I’m constantly restocking to make sure that everything is up to par. If you have seen behind are line and noticed there’s lettuce on the floor or a wrapper, that’s because we are wiping down are lines to ensure the cleanliness of your food. And also if there is something you see that is out of hand or whatever please tell us so we can continue the positive affirmation our store provides.

Spent $200 here, they messed up one sandwich order and were going to make us wait for 10 orders to get our ONE sandwich. Boo! One the good side the person making sandwiches deserves a $20 tip because he was the only person really working hard. Not returning here.Clean bathroom, clean dining area. ‍

*TO THE MANAGERS OF FIREHOUSE- it's Friday July 21st around 8 pm I just left your establishment and the blonde girly taking orders behind the register needs to get it together. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich, with Provolone instead of cheddar, and asked for the ranch to be on the side (bc I have a long ride home and sandwich is always soggy by the time I get to eat it if I don't do this). I waited not too long for my sandwich I'd say about 10 minutes tops, and while I'm waiting the other two girls making sandwiches were busting their tails while blonde girl at the register stood there doing nothing for the entirety of my time spent there. They call my name and I notice there's no side of ranch in the bag and when I asked about it the lady looked at me surprised and said that she did in fact put ranch on the sandwich bc she wasnt told to put it on the side. No one offered to make me a new one and I didn't feel like making a fuss so I just took my sandwich home. However when I open it up at home there is bright yellow cheddar cheese all melted on the meat and no provolone whatsoever so I'm guessing the blonde girl that took my order did not listen to me at all. (Which one of the other girls did tell her she needs to pay attention once they realized they messed up back at the store), but the girl that took my order also seemed to hate her job. Not a smile or thank you or anytbing you expect from a customer service worker. All this being said, I am a waitress so I do hold restaurant workers to a higher standard bc I expect good service like I provide all day every day no matter what I've got going on at home. And I will say other than my experience this time, this place usually does a really good job!
