The food and service were average for KFC. The dining room was clean but so cold in there that I was shivering through my meal. I mentioned it to the man working the counter and he wouldn't do anything about it.
Not worth it waited 20 extra minutes for so called fresh chicken dry nasty gave it to my dog and they didn't give me my drink either

Two PM on Tuesday we got a meal was the worst My wife would not let me take it back because I was so mad she didn't check it biscuits were hard chicken was Black so dry My dogs would not eat it slaw was old mashed potatoes were ok only one person working why would you even try to serve it you would not eat it will never eat here

WE NEVER GOT SERVED! We stood there for over ten minutes without acknowledgment, so we left and went to another restaurant. I think they had maybe three people working there. I am NEVER going back.
I just left KFC on New Boston Rd at 2:15pm. When I made it to the window to pay and get my order of hot wings, and the girl at the drive thru told me it will be 35minutes. I can pay for my wings and come back to pick them up.Wow. I guess I didn't need wings after all.KFC, please do better and have more wings up.

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The fries were off-colored (compared to the menu) and tasted weird. The chicken was old, chewy, and gristly.I gave this store a shot because my hometown KFC is very bad and I was wondering if it was just ours.I honestly don't know how KFC is still in business when there's so many other chicken places like Popeyes and Bojangles that leave KFC in the dust
