I ordered the Chicken Alfredo bowl without onions or mushrooms and barely got a thin layer of whatever this is. It looks like mainly grease and cheese. Where is the rest of the food? This isn’t a bowl. This is a little kids plate after he played in it.

Whoever is in the kitchen today needs do better!! I order a pepperoni and bacon pizza. It’s completely unacceptable that my pizza is basically a CHEESE PIZZA. No, bacon on my pizza AT ALL and BARELY any pepperoni. I’m VERY disappointed. I will NEVER return to this location. I hope management sees this and speaks with whoever was on the clock on December 28,2023 @ 3:00 pm.

I was run off the road by a Papa John’s employee, causing damage! I had a three year old fur baby ( service dog ) in the car! The girl driver was on the phone and assaulted me twice by grabbing my phone while it was in my had! I’m elderly, handicapped and disabled! But the most shocking part of it all was the attitude, disrespectful manner and reprehensible behavior of the General Manager when I called him today on the! 17th of December! He had a very Cavalier attitude about the matter and was disrespectful to me on the phone! He acted as if he could care less that I was almost killed and seemed to have no positive feelings about fur babies at all!This is being reported to Adult Protective Service ! I’m handicapped, disabled, and elderly! The behavior of the General Manager (Paul) is reprehensible, unprofessional and so egregious as to shock the conscious! I want to speak with the owners!!!!!!I’m filing charges on the driver for wreckless endangerment and for interfering with a service animal! This girl was on the phone while driving, which is a criminal act, it resulted in injury!

Waited forever to get my pizza that was already paid for and waiting. They had lots of staff. One girl was on the phone dealing with someone who was difficult or needed a lot of attention so it took a lot of time. Another guy was in the corner just folding pizza boxes and a lady just basically doing nothing. Folded one pizza box and just kind of walked around pretending to be busy. I asked her if I could just have my pizza and she said no, I had to be checked out on the computer. So I had to wait for her to get off the phone. There was another computer right there and 2 people not really doing anything. When she got off the phone all she did was print a receipt for me to sign. The Shaqaroni pizza was awful. It had so much sauce and wasn’t cooked long enough.They are usually amazing and I wait all year for them to come back. I live out of town and plan on moving to the area so I am disappointed this is the only one nearby.

I pick up from here a lot . They have few people who are nice and very helpful. But mostly everyone here is bad at service . The good thing for the Public is that I pick their orders up and deal with the negative side.
Love the pizza and even better is the price and wait time is t that long either, I will continue to by pizza from them.

I’m a truck driver and after a long day of driving and unsuccessful attempts at getting in at a truck stop, I was able to snag a spot at the Texarkana TX welcome center. I called this location and spoke with Paul and he was happy to assist with sending a driver with a pizza to the welcome center. I placed my order and he said 45-60 minutes but it was more like 30 minutes. The driver called me as he approached and we met outside of my truck. He too was friendly and professional. Pizza wasn’t what I had in mind for dinner, however I have enough for lunch and dinner tomorrow lol…..and I’m sure the pups will enjoy a bite here and there. Thank you to this team for taking care of a driver.
