Horrible. Down right lazy. I made an order on the app tonight at 8:53 pm, the website said it would be ready in 10-20 minutes and the email confirmed it would be ready at 9:10 pm. We were running late and got to the store at 9:25 and the worker asked us if we had the right store and apparently didn’t know what order we were talking about. We showed him the email confirmation and he said he’d bring it out to us in 5-10 minutes. We waited until 9:50 pm until we got our pizza. While waiting the 40 minutes at the store none of the workers showed any urgency or even attempting to look like they were working on our food. A driver then comes in and says they had the wrong order for the wrong location and had to restart the order entirely. Completely unrelated to us, but just further proved how poorly their customer service was and how much more efficient every other pizza place in the area is. I could’ve went to Little Caesars 3 times in the amount of time I was at the store waiting. Dinner at 10:00 instead 9:00.
