They quite literally never get my order right and they prioritize drive ups over online orders. I'll often wait 15 min for my food even after it said it was in its way out. DO NOT USE MOBILE APP THEY WILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG EVERY TIME.

I don't know why I feel like no effort was even made to make the hotdog delicious. I only asked for jalapeños and extra mustard and the order taken was like pulling teeth. Then I asked for a small order of jalapeño poppers and it took another 3 to 4 minutes to add that. Once I did get my order and got home to enjoy it, there was hardly any chili on the foot long chili corny and it taste as if they also needed to change their grease that they fried the jalapeño poppers in. Come on Sonics .. I was highly disappointed

No ice in drinks...no sauce in bag. The car hop acted like we were an inconvenience and walked super slow every where she went.

Today was the third time I've left this Sonic without my order. I pushed the red button and waited right at 10 mins with no answer so I get out of my truck and go to the door and tell an employee. He said he would tell them. Go back to my truck and nothing. One of the other times was for the same thing not answering the intercom and the other was I tried three bays and speaker was out in all of them. I've been to Sonic's all over the United States and never seen one this run down and slow service if you can get service. And before you ask me Yes I want you to refer this to the franchise owner otherwise what's the point.

I took my daughter here this week for lunch. We ordered the Brown Bag Special, which was priced on the screen for $15.99 (Pre-tax). The CC reader didn't work, so when the carhop (Gwendoly) took my card I mentioned there was a price difference from what was on the screen. The screen said it was $17.91 (Pre-tax). She said the manager would take care of it, but instead they charged us the wrong amount. If this is the level of integrity this location offers, we won't be back. In addition to this, they also gave us a medium fries and tots when we clearly ordered the large. There are enough other restaurants in this town, that we don't need to spend another Dollar here since they want to steal customers money and lie to them.
