Unbelievably slow aero for walk in customers. No greeting no conversation. Waited as 14 cars went by, and ordered. Barista seemed annoyed at everyone and finally someone else stepped in to make my coffee. Additionally, the egg bites were devoid of bacon(see photo….one little sliver on top. No thank you. I won’t be back.

This is a typical Starbucks, but it can be brutal getting in and out of the parking lot. So, plan at least 15 minutes extra time to grab a coffee and try not to yell at traffic. It's what happens when a hundred businesses are cramped in two parking lots.

Always severely understaffed for how busy they always are. The drive-thru is almost always trailing into Richmond Road and holds up traffic in an already very high-traffic area. Honestly tired of going to this Starbucks- if I'm not waiting upwards an hour for my stuff, they're missing parts of my order. Just go to State Line; they're usually less busy.

I prepaid and placed an order for pickup inside the store and it was not ready at the time the app said. I waited 15 additional minutes at the counter for my 2 sandwiches to be ready. No one greeted or acknowledged me. The drive through was prioritized ahead of me as well as the line of customers coming in with large orders. Employees didn't offer any apology in regard to my wait time. I'll skip this Starbucks next time.
Long time Sbx customer. Disappointed from the crew at this Starbucks. Pretty slow. One of the bathrooms is out of toilet paper, and after telling the team nobody took action. Ordered an expensive single shot peppermint mocha and it was straight up 2 shots and little chocolate and no peppermint. I recommend tasting all your drinks to verify they are correct before leaving.

Normal Starbucks but they are SLOW. They had four employees working but only one seemed to have any idea what was going on. He was taking orders from customers, warming up food, and making drinks. One other worker was working the window. Then they were two people making drinks who just seemed like they didn't have any idea what they were doing. It wound up taking over 20 minutes to get a coffee made.

We waited 40 minutes to get our drinks. That is absolutely unacceptable. We ordered 2 drinks that were extremely simple. I will never be going back here. On top of that, our drinks didn’t taste right at all. RIDICULOUS!! If I could give 0/5 I would.
