So I come in today with my service animal and the "gm" just had to approach me along with one of her crew. 2 years ago she had a problem with my dog and apparently still does.She says I have come in there without my dog which I disagree, so am I banned or not?See the problem?Matt, this store doesn't deserve you. Hope you find a better store to work at or get a better job.They are acting lower then an african american should act. Nothings changed.Flat out ghetto.Also, Ya'll need to grow up because of my job I will be picking up delivery orders from this location.Get it together.

I worked for Taco Bell before and they had us wait an hour for some cantina chicken for the burrito just to get the burrito n it barely be any chicken in it, also when they gave me chips n cheese there was barely any chips in the bag, it was half empty, I say the night crew service is horrible y’all need some new employees cause they have no clue what they doing in there and they making Taco Bell look horrible, day crew better but night crew awful
We love Taco Bell but this location gets a double thumbs down. We thought we’d try it again since we have had some bad experiences with this location in the past. But today we had lunch there and we ordered two meals and sad to say our food was cold and our food seem to be stale and old. We did not even finish our entire meal. I will have to say this is the last time we’re going to try the location in Texarkana on State Line bad service, bad food. I hate that because it’s so convenient.

Ordered soft potato tacos and potato cheese bowl (when I saw in bag there was no bowl) and we are vegan they mixed beef and gave us wrong order and i ordered soft potato taco for my kids and they didn’t even though to tell us they dint have soft tacos and they just wrapped in crunchy tacos and gave

The employees got upset for my husband being hard ofhearing. They had a 45 minute wait on beef. but yet haft the employees was just sitting inside.

I’m a truck driver delivering to tractor supply. Came in around 1130 and the lady said Lobby’s closed. I asked for an exception and the whole staff agreed. I can’t thank them enough for their generosity. I’m going on hometime in a week so my trucks bare I haven’t been grocery shopping in a little bit. Really made my night how nice and friendly they all were

The state line location is the worst in town several times we have tried it and they have carelessly mixed our food up with others in line. My wife was mistreated when going inside to correct their error and the cooks were willing to make it right but the cashiers wanted to not admit mistakes and wrongdoing to the point that cook had enough stepped in apologized on the ladies part.
Terrible customer service very rude gave us the wrong size drinks and forgot a taco that came with my combo then did not answer the phone when we tried to call about

Hands down worst service. All of the employees were standing outside. We sat at the speaker in plain sight of the employees. They didn't even move to go inside until I asked if they were open. Then they went inside to take my order. Then just massive attitudes!!
