Omg I have lived in Texarkana since 2018 and when I say this place is great omg I had the Bahama Mama smoothie and it was my first time coming here omg you will not be disappointed I am on my weigh loss journey and these smoothies are great and they fill you up so I usually get one for breakfast ?

You don’t even want to order here anymore because of the staff. It’s a bunch of unsupervised kids who are rude and make you wait extra while they vape or gossip. Such a downfall.

Stopped in around 11:30am last Tuesday on the way home from Hot springs heading to DFW. The place was empty and the sole worker was sitting at a table when we arrived. As we began to look at the menu , she says to us “ just so you know, I’m the only one working and I’m only doing smoothie order or Food not both …. OR online order only . “My husband and I were taken aback and bewildered and it took us a second to process that she was refusing to make both a wrap and a smoothie for our order. She did confirm that yes she wasn’t doing both. We thought this was not only strange but downright ridiculous and unprofessional. We didn’t see the point in arguing with her so we left. Whomever owns this establishment should reconsider the quality of your employees.

They have some really rude people working the night shift.i stop by to get a smoothie 0n 09/13/23 @8:05 pm and I saw one women washing dishes and I said excuse me twice to get her attention and she would not answer me so I turn to leave and I looked back and saw her looking at me as I was leaving .so I ended up going to sonic to get food.if that is how I was treated I'm sure other customers have been treated the same .
It's a shame the service is almost always slow. Poorly managed, prepping food in the dining room, expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes for a food order, and friendly employees are rare. Menu prices don't match what you are charged on some item either.@TSmoothie I did email my concerns at the same time as this review. There has been no response.

I wish I had more money to spend here! The people are fantastic, highly attentive, and I can tell they're genuinely good. The best part? THE FOOD IS 10/10!!! I know it's kind of out of the way but ... Just do yourself a favor. Come here. Get the Thai chicken wrap, a blimey limey with coconut, and soak up the atmosphere!

I love this smoothie shop honestly!!!! The blenders were very unsanitary! Very thick moldy stuff stuck on blender lids. Filthy facility. Please teach the workers how to properly clean utensils. I was a consistent customer buy after seeing how filthy everything was here has ruined it. Lost customer for sure. It might be my OCD but I wish I'd got pics. Wasn't going to write a review until called so they could fix the matter in the future for cleanliness; the young lady that answered was very uninterested in my concerns so here you have it! Go see for yourself!

The open time says 7am. I went at 7, and the person inside said they were not opened. If there has been a change in opening times, the owner should do an edit on Google search to reflect that time change. Otherwise people who are schedule driven won’t waste their time. On top of that the opening person that worked on May 19th, 2023 had the biggest attitude. The little girl she brought with her was sweet. This lady overfilled my drink and I accidentally it spilled it while I was trying to clean the excess off the cup. She asked if I was going to throw the cup away in a demanding way as if I was her child, and I said “do I work here? who works here”? Told her “you’ve had an attitude ever since I got here” she said “damn right I have an attitude”. I asked her what was her name and she said “figure it out, how bout that”, then her little girl told me her name lol but i was too low for me to actually catch it. To the owner PLEASE hire or schedule morning people who are equipped to work in the mornings, there are such people. Some just aren’t morning people, fit to work these shifts. Also please watch see the security cameras for the date mentioned and talk to your employee about customer service. She needs to know that is NOT how you treat customers.
