Excellent food becoming our favorite restaurant for a fact. But the waitress was horrible. Forgot multiple items from our order....Odered a completely different entrée than ordered and said yup her fault.... but never fixed it. Salad coming 10 minutes after the entrée was served. Not bringing another meal it's salad at all. Have to rethink if we should come back

Excellent customer service at Baytown Seafood in Texas City! Our server's name was Jasmine and she is amazing. This is what you call the ultimate and customer service. She came back to the table several times to see if there is anything else we needed. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful about her suggestions. Baytown Seafood has done themselves a favor with hiring her. I would hope that more service exist like her! Way to go Baytown seafood!

We ordered the crab leg special! It comes with a salad to start you off, and 2 crab leg clusters, with a baked potato as your side. Absolutely delicious and our waitress was friendly, fast, and checked on us throughout our dining. I love coming to this
Whoever cooked today for my doordash order did amazing. I got the Newyork steak with grilled onions and it was to die for. Absolutely perfectly cooked and delicious. I had a side of baked potatoe and garlic bread. Also just as delicious. The cook today whoever that was is a keeper :)!!@

Had to make a trip back to Baytown seafood today because they didn't put my 2pc fish in with my 9shrimp not good customer service and they didn't really care to make it right, also my fries felt and tasted like they were scrapes from an eaten lunch 3 days ago. I try with that place but they don't seem to care at all, can't trust or support a restaurant like this anymore.

First they got my appetizer wrong. I ordered the Shrimp cocktail, they brought out the Mexican Shrimp cocktail. I ordered a salad with Ranch dressing, I got a salad with French Dressing. I ordered the grilled Flounder with Shrimp special and vegetables. No rice. I received the grilled flounder with shrimp and dirty rice. I specifically told her, I didn't want rice. On top of it, they're charging me for the shrimp cocktail, that THEY got wrong.
$24.99 TBone Steak with plenty grilled onions, 3 Jumbo Grilled Shrimp with butter sauce, Salad, Baked Potato, $2.59 Soft Drink, total for $27.58 + tax $2.28 = $29.86 price does not include tip. Meat was tender and juicy.

I had the catfish with shrimp, and wow it was amazing! The portion sizes were big as well, I'd definitely recommend this place.
