We were excited to try this place for a late lunch. There was one table seated and another leaving when we arrived. We were seated and sat for 10 minutes without anyone even asking for a drink order. The hostess was at the hostess's desk, and a server was at the wait station. When the hostess walked past us to clear a table without even a glance to acknowledge our presence, we left.

Ordered a medium steak, came out burnt. Ordered it to go. Check it when I got home. Bring it back or there is nothing we can do for you is what I was told. Whoever cooked the steak knew they burnt it. Service is garbage and managers have no control. Will never go back. Get people who actually care. Over hyped and does not live up to the reputation. Love burning 31$

Your popular soup was awful.Your “used to be wonderful” salad was mostly lettuce; and not enough dressing.My husband basically would not eat any of it. Extremely disappointed.

If i could give it minus rating, I would. When i moved here I heard the "reputation" it had ---but i would give it a chance. Went there and wasn't impressed. Hadn't been there for years. Originally from NJ, so for Christmas a family member, not knowing anything about the restaurant, bought us a $200 gift certificate. First time there, again wasn't impressed. Dark and dreary. Seems we were disturbing the staff. It was a hurry up, order, eat and get out. Steaks weren't worth the $$$. What kind of place has everything, and i mean everything, ala carte. No coffee, no dessert... Didn't use the entire gift certificate that might...so we had to get a new certificate. Went back again, just to use it up. Things seemed worse instead of better. Again it was hurry up and get out. We're never going there again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone. How they remain in business is amazing. They'd be out of business a month after they opened if they were any other location.
