The bowls are tasty and portioned very well. The combinations you can do will please everybody. We've gone to another location in plano and never went back. We decided to try them again since we moved and this location is great. We've eaten in once but lately we've been doing take out. Definitely recommend trying this place.

I submitted itIt was better than I thought. It is natural that the texture of vegetables and rice is different from Korea. The seasoning was just right and the contents weren't that bad. I hope it becomes widely known in Texas.

Pretty good and reasonable cost relative to competition, but don't expect any atmosphere or service. Which is REALLY unusual for Oriental restaurants that usually serve up three pounds of service for one pound of goods!

Surprisingly good. Beef and garlic pork would be good choices. Kimchi rice or brown rice can't go wrong. Get all the free toppings except onions. Try their signature sauce and sesame sauce but go easy. Hot stone dine-in is best for food temperature, freshness, and texture. I doubt if take-out is any good. A bit pricey but quite a decent personal meal especially on a colder day.

The place has changed. Smaller portions, the miso soup used to be free, and now you order at a kiosk. Without the sauces, the food just seemed bland...and there was no "burned" rice at the bottom...their signature concept was missing!

When I got there I loved that there were so many different ways to order food. You could sit at a table and scan the QR code and be able to access the menu and order. There is a kiosk option that seems to be easily accessible. When I arrive it was temporarily offline and I was able to order at the counter. The ladies were working at the time were so sweet and patient with us we had many questions because it was our first time there. The food was amazing and instead of taking the food to go I look forward to dining in next time. The service is extremely fast and I got my order exactly how I liked it so they were accurate for us.So once I got my food I was so excited to taste it I didn't have a chance to take a picture but I will redeem myself hopefully next week. ?

So disappointing! You order from a kiosk so there is no way to ask questions. Bibimbap in the hot stone bowl has no fried egg. We customized the contents of our individual hot stone bowls and they came out with the same things in both. The bowls and the food were so hot that the food became mush and was inedible. I've had bibimbap before in a hot stone bowl and it was nothing like this. It's weird deal because they hit you up for a tip when there is no service provided whatsoever. I gave a tip and it was money wasted. Won't be back.

Something changed at this location within the last few months. Corners have been cut with the food quality and you can tell that everything in the bowl is premade and waiting to go into a bowl, not made to order. My food wasn’t hot, you can tell the eggs are powder eggs, the sauce wasn’t served on the side- but poured all over, which I did not want-, the rice is not fresh, probably minute rice, and the mandoo were cold. Super disappointed with my visit and will not be back to this location.

We order lunches for our employees every week. Yesterday we received a catering for 180 people, individually packaged. It was our first time ordering from Burning Rice and we will most definitely be back! Our employees were very happy with several of them requesting we keep them in our lunch rotation. The food was hot, delicious, well packaged and on time!

Not feeling great about recent changes here. I love Burning Rice and so does my family. We adjusted to the self ordering although it had a few problems for the first couple months. But now it seems that they're making even more changes but these just don't make sense. No more options for eggs other than scrambled. Then what's the purpose? The sunny side up egg cooking in the hot stone bowl was the whole point of the egg to begin with. Now you can't get one like that. second is that their portion size has been reduced significantly. And finally they've done away with Gojo Jaing and replaced it with their own signature sauce. Sauce is tasty and overall the meal was delicious but I guess I just can't get my head around why they would change standard bimbimbop staples at a Bimbimbop restaurant. Luckily, their Bulgogi is absolutely delicious and tender and I gobbled it down anyway. I'm just concerned that management is making decisions that don't seem to line up with best practices for the type of restaurant it is. Guess we'll wait and see.

I've came to many BR locations with my family and it quickly became a favorite. Now with the new year they have changed thier menu drastically, no more eggs to order, only offering bowls and no other menu items. The portions are smaller than before, no more kimchi rice, they are taking everything out of the menu that made it special. It's really too bad, because it was a great place to get some healthy food for a reasonable price.
