Not attentive ( in the back) and they always say they are out of everything please put a sign so we don't waist time in asking for whats not available in the menu and being disapointed. Like today no coke, no stake, no chicken, no pizza, no soup, no cookies. I come in with a craving and walk out with a straw , this is a shady Subway and ruins the image and quality of what Subway should be, especially when you have starving picky litte children. No apologies from staff and we say no cheese, we get cheese, you say toasted, we get not toasted this was the upmost disappointment ever and I was left with cranky kids. There is no management on the floor, with the area we are in this really brings it to a low standerd.

When we went here, there were only a couple in front of us. There were 2 black workers, 1 male and female. Both of them were chatting with the people infront of us instead of actually working. The female worker made 2 sandwiches for the people infront of us, and left it there as they went and continued chatting. We waited for a while and eventually left. We had no problem waiting if they were busy or if there was only 1 person working, however they didn’t even acknowledge us. We haven’t really tried the food to say anything about, however we were dissatisfied with the service.

Update: Reported to their corporate and seems to have gotten an automated response with no update. I guess they all go hand on hand....Very poor customer service. First they burnt my pizza. Asked for another one and the women there was getting all mad with a bad attitude. Asked for a manager and they didn’t care to call no one. Told them we could just replace the burnt pepperonis and didn’t want to do it. Then asked for another pizza and they were slamming the tray around. At the end they just toasted the pepperoni and replace it on the pizza which is ok. But their attitude was so bad. Also all tables were dirty. Idk now Nebraska hasn’t kicked them out.By the way they charged me almost $50 for two subs and two personal pizzas. Ridiculous.

Spent almost $30 bucks here for food that upset our stomachs right away we couldn’t even leave the store with out making a bathroom visit. Don’t let the smell attract you. Stay away from here. I got 1 foot long a juice two bags of chips and one small drink. Plus the 3 cookies .
Just save ur self time. They lie about there pay and benefits to get you to work. They don't pay anything that there profile says. They pay like it's ur first job back in the late 90s. There is no ac at this place. Please I'm begging u go work somewhere else. There owner's don't care about there employees at all. Nor does the Dm

Me and my husband went there looking for dinning table and figured we will have lunch there. First of all the lettuce was brown and they didn't have any flat bread. We ordered a 6' that was $9.19 and foot long was $10.39 with 2 drinks and 2 bags of chip. In that case I should of got a footlong for $1.20 more and what was shocking that our bill came to $31.98 . So I ask the cashier why so much and her answer was because we charge higher because your at Nebraska furniture Mart. We can eat at a restaurant for that amount. We will never eat there again.
