The greeting I received was warm and welcoming, A+. The food was a different story I ordered a teriyaki chicken power bowl and two eggrolls and was totally disappointment. Chicken was burnt, vegetables were over cooked and eggs rolls taste freezer burnt. While waiting for my meal be made I noticed that the store was not very clean. The restaurant was not busy and the gentleman we’re talking to one another, some in the kitchen and some standing at the front counter that would’ve been the perfect time to wipe down tables and chairs. I have eaten at this location in over a year and the quality of food being produced is an F. About $20 down the drain.

This bowl was $16. I had asked for extra chicken and they said this was extra chicken. Barely 5oz of chicken and all vegetables, this place is a rip off. Chicken is incredibly dry and overcooked. I’d say it’s like eating rubber but I feel like that would of been easier.

We went in late in the day, but the service was great and the teriyaki bowl was delicious. We also had an egg roll. Wow! We were able to carry our food out, and would highly recommend this place!! We will be going back!

I’ve eaten here since they first opened. It used to be so good and the service was great under the previous owners. Ever since the new owners or management, it’s been awful. They don’t answer the phone, they put 10 times more rice than veggies and meat… just overall very disappointing how it once was a great place and has completely turned upside down

Not very customer friendly. We ordered to dine in and then were told when we received our food that we had 20 minutes to finish our food before they closed. Why weren’t we told when we ordered. We were ignored when we walked in and almost walked our. Spicy chicken was not even spicy at all - quite bland. I used to like this location - not anymore

We came in tonight about 8:30 and were ignored and almost walked out. The food was great, no complaints there but the customer service was horrible. We ordered our food and ordered to dine in. When our food was brought to us we were told that they closed in 20 minutes. Why were we not told this when we placed our order - nothing like not feeling very welcome. In this day and age of high competition for business, this location failed miserably. Go to another location, just not this one.

I'm not sure what the hell is going on with this location but they give me the weirdest portions of protein with an excessive amount of rice. The staff seems pretty nice and has nothing to do with the food itself but I would only request that they put more attention to what they are serving as I have been to other locations that deliver a much more delightful serving.

Egg rolls are pretty good but why is the rice always mushy and wet and disgusting. Tried white rice and fried rice and both times the rice was like a porridge. Uncle Roger would be disappointed.

My son and I decided to give this place a try about six weeks ago. We both ordered the Fire chicken bowl and really enjoyed it. I decided to take my wife there for lunch one day, telling her their chicken was very good. My wife tried the chicken and said "you think this is very good"? I tried it and the spice had a burned flavor, not resembling at all what I had prior. Well today my son wanted to go back because he had really enjoyed it. He ordered the fire chicken, I was reluctant so I had the spicy. Well this time the chicken was fine, but the brown rice we both ordered was uneatable, as if it had been made on a different day. We both had to dig around the bowl to remove it all and throw it away. In addition, the vegetables were barely cooked. My son said it best, "this place is so close to being good".
