We had the best customer service from the start. MO was amazing, took care of us, made sure we were taken care of and having a good time the whole 3 hours we were there. Give MO a raise ?

Food came out fairly quick. Service a little lacking. He was impatient when it came time to pay. Charged everyone for membership, even if they did not sign into machine. Had to ask several times for left-handed putter. Seemed a bit frazzled. First visit, not completely impressed.

The staff over there are very rude , giving faces to customers, serving cold food after long wait time .even missing some of ordered items and when asked about it she is giving us faces and speaking harsh . The way you treat people always matters. We felt very offended . I suggest my people friends and family not to visit this place again . Worst waitress completely ruined our special day

We had our kids birthday party here . This is the second birthday party we had here after 4 years. I must say the service has gone down quite a bit. We also had a rainy day and the sensors were not working for ball dispenser or the play. Think twice when you go here on a rainy day.

Great place to spend some quality time with friends and colleagues. The games are easy to play and there are plenty of options to choose from. The food is also good; we opted for the spicy burger. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend coming early and reserving in advance to ensure availability.
Went with a big work group. Employees were super friendly and let us play another 20 minutes after our time was up. First time at a top golf and it's definitely worth checking out (even if you've never played golf before).

Service was absolutely terrible. Had a big party so we made reservations on the 2nd floor 2 hours in advance and they gave one of the lanes we reserved away not even 10 minutes before we were supposed to be there. When we went and asked for similar accomodations, the associates Matthew and another one (he wasn't wearing name tag, skinny guy and had a scar on his right eyebrow) said we actually booked the first floor and had to get management involved. After we finally got our lanes the service was terrible. Food took forever to be served (an hour and a half) and half of the time it wasn't even made right or was just never even brought, I had to go up to the staff multiple times and ask where food was because we barely got any service in the first place. All in all it was way over priced for the service we got, it's not that I don't recommend top golf, just this specific one.
