My recent experience at Baja Cantina in The Woodlands left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the outdoor patio dining vibe was absolutely delightful. The ambiance was relaxed, the weather was perfect, and it provided a wonderful setting for enjoying a meal with friends or family.However, I must admit that our experience was dampened by the demeanor of our waitress. She seemed disinterested and somewhat depressed, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Friendly and attentive service can truly enhance a meal, and unfortunately, that was lacking during our visit.To make matters worse, the nachos we ordered were a major disappointment. They were barely edible, with soggy chips and lackluster toppings. It was disappointing to receive such a subpar dish, especially considering the otherwise appealing menu options.Despite these drawbacks, I believe Baja Cantina has the potential to be a great dining spot in The Woodlands. With some improvements in service quality and food preparation, it could truly shine. Hopefully, they take customer feedback into account and strive to provide a better experience for future patrons.

I been to Baja plenty of times but yesterday was the first time we waited 30+mins to get our food and our waitress was nowhere to be found. Once we got our food it was cold! I’m pretty surprised at the service since we have never had issues before. Hopefully it was a one time thing. I also noticed their margaritas went to smaller cups.

OMG soooo good the only negative here it's super tight in the area I got my food to go.... The food though is definitely a hit the Steak super tender and flavorful the cooks definitely know what they are doing. Queso on point as well, Avocado and Reg. Salsa were a perfect match. I will return take out of course. The take out cashier was super super nice I had to leave her a tip customer service is key she was just soooo nice and helpful.

I have never had a bad meal there. I get either the tacos or a torta. Both are very good. Great place to eat outside when the weather is nice. Plenty of outdoor seating. I recommend the guava margarita.

This place is always a great vibe. The fish tacos are unmatched here! The nacho tower is delicious and always a crowd pleaser. They usually have music going and the patio has a good view and is partially covered. The service is usually good and the food comes out fast. This place is always in the rotation.
Casual dining with friendly, helpful staff. I attended a corporate event, and we had the place to ourselves. They do the basics well (tacos, nachos, guac, fajitas).

Amazing customer service! Extremely professional and kind server. The Wagu hot dog with elote topping was really good. The tacos are high priced for 1 taco, but they are big.
loveddd the aesthetic here! the drinks and plates were all so cute, and the food was amazinggg , such big portions! all the servers were so sweet! they also had a great mariachi playing!! I loved it, can't wait to go again :)

We had a big group that met here before a wedding and our waitress was amazing! She got all our checks right and made sure to get us another round when needed. The drinks were amazing and the patio was great!

One of the servers used cuss words when communicating. The birria tacos were not all that great for the price, we didn't even finish our plates. Overcooked, salty, and overpriced and over charged us for an item only one of us out of 3 orders. DO NOT RECOMMEND
