Went by the woodlands mall location, the sample employee offered some chicken, I was looking for fries for my special needs child. I asked instead of the chicken, may I have one single French fry to see if my child would eat because he is special needs only eats certain fries etc. she appeared startled it was such an unusual request and answered I don't think we do, I responded can you ask? I only need one French fry and would hate to stand in a long line for nothing. She asked the manager or lineman? She came back and was rude in saying no we don't do that and was in the same for of attitude she had when I originally asked. Customer service needs immediate help to have intentional listening skills added to their spectrum. Thanks for listening. -Jason T

This place needs to be investigated. My boyfriend and I ate here and got the worst food poisoning of our lives. This is day 2 now and we’re still going through it. Almost to the point of hospitalization. We are out of towners visiting Texas and we had to cancel our flight back home because we cannot leave the bathroom. Costing us extra to change our flight and loss of wages calling in sick. Found out that my mother-in-law ate at this same spot 3 months ago and had the same poisoning experience. Something is dangerously wrong at this place. I can only hope a small child does not eat here and become subjected to this horrible pain.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this place deserves it, I have ordered from here multiple times using their app and the orders are never ready on time, today was the worst, my order was actually ready, was just sitting in the window, never called my name, watch my food getting cold, we'll never order it from here again

Best cheese steak sandwich ever but my God their iced tea tasted like like the third run through an old wet sock suggest you get another drink before you ever choose their iced

Ordered a small Chicken Philly. It was delicious the chicken was tender had great flavor and the perfect amount of cheese. The real issue I had and the reason it is only 3 stars is the size is ridiculously SMALL. I know I ordered small but come on I paid $6.81 with tax for a kid size sandwich very DISAPPOINTING.
