Living in The Woodlands since 2010, and in the past we have been trying to avoid this Chili’s location because we had few bad experiences with the service and quality of food.. But now, after being there with the Family 3 times, we were pleasantly surprised with the improvement we all noticed lately!! Kudos Folks!

The service was top tier, the food was hot, and I will be returning. Great experience overall, and I enjoyed interacting with the Jocelyn, the manager was very sweet & kind. Our server, Jay, was professional, very polite, attentive, and knows his job very well.

The food was fine, never great, but fine. The service by Joslin was mediocre. She was chatting with fellow servers constantly, if not seeming to flirt with another other table. The food runner deserved most of the tip.

On the night of January 30th, at about 9:50 pm. my 14-year-old son walked inChili's Grill & Bar to pick up a food order. He walked in and politely asked the staff member there that he was here for a pick-up order. The lady looked at him and ignored him without saying one word and then continued talking to another employee, leaving my son standing there waiting. After several minutes passed by, she then went to go and grabbed the food order and then handed it over to him. My son had the proper manners, and he politely thanked her and said "Have a wonderful night" and her response was "yeah, whatever". As grown-ups, we should be role models for the younger generation as they are our future. This lady's attitude is unacceptable. I was in the car and I saw what happened, and asked my son what was wrong as soon as he came out, and he had a huge disappointment on his face when he returned to the car. It's obvious that this lady needs to either find a new job or work on her customer service skills. She needs to check on her attitude the next time. I will be following up with this matter.
