Stopped by at a slow time with my husband. There was only 1 table with 4 women sitting. We walked in and were told that it was self seating by the bartender, and nothing else. We went to go sit at the patio and waited for at least 10 minutes. During the wait, no one checked on us or took our drink order. The only other table that was occupied was checked on during this time. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. We left after about 15 minutes of waiting and went across the street to Sixty Vines instead. Will never return again to this establishment and do not recommend to anyone else.

The cozy and elegant atmosphere, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff; especially the sommelier Eliseo. I will definitely come back to enjoy more memorable moments at this place. Super recommended!!!!! And don't forget to look for sommelier Eliseo.

My wife and I went to CRU for a lunch date! We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and the food. The options on the menu were great with the presentation and taste being top notch.We were helped by Jameson today. He was so helpful, courteous and understanding. He worked with us to accommodate our dietary preferences and was very well informed! His energy made our lunch experience that much better. Thanks Jameson!

People have told me that the service was terrible here but went to try it on our own and they had to comp half of our meal because we were left waiting over 40 minutes for our desserts. When the person in charge walked over and apologized, he thought we were waiting for our entrees. We let him know it was dessert and then our waiter came over and asked us "what was it that you even ordered".... tried to give them a shot but will probably not be coming back.
Food was awesome! We went for valentines and had the prefix menu and it was delicious and worth the value. Service was a little slow but they were obviously busy. The servers were very welcoming and polite and even though it was very cold outside where we sat with the wind they had heaters in overhead which helped some. Their iced tea is delicious ! Filet was cooked perfectly!

The food was out of this world amazing!!! Love their goat cheese beignets and pear and gorgonzola pizza. Our guests from out of town loved it so much they went back a second day for dinner.

We were so impressed by this place! We came here for dinner, dessert, and wine, and everything was incredible! The cheese fondue was the best cheese fondue we’ve ever had. We also had the goat cheese beignets, which were so unique and delicious. Then for our main course we had the braised short rib and a pizza (both incredible). We also had chocolate fondue for dessert, which rounded out the perfect meal. The wine flights were good and so fun too! We will definitely be back! ?
Always love going to Crù for wine tastings and delicious appetizers. The staff there is the friendliest and very knowledgeable of their food and wines. Nikole our wine server always goes above and beyond to make our experience better than the last one. Highly recommend checking out their wine list as is one of the best wine lists I've seen around The Woodlands. Go try their Goat cheese beignets and their Meatblass, and ask for Nikole to recommend some amazing wines with your meal!
Atmosphere was nice the patio was beautiful. The goat cheese honey memory’s were so good. Ordered the steak and eggs the meat had no flavor and there’s where runnny.

I've been here multiple times before and have always had a good experience. However, this time around I went for a double date mid afternoon and was a bit frustrated. We were looking to get wine and a late lunch. Online it showed the lunch menu and all 4 of us were excited about the options and ready to eat. When we arrived we came to find out that a lunch menu did not exist and they were only offering light breakfast options off the brunch menu until dinner started at either 4 or 5pm (can't exactly remember). We were frustrated as it was around 2:30pm and we wanted a normal meal not breakfast hash... wine was good as always, we had 2 rounds before leaving to eat elsewhere.
