Ok I’ve been to just about every other sub sandwich shop and this is my new favorite. We had the Hook & Ladder and the Club on white-both were fresh and toasted. The bread was excellent (other sub shops-tend to be tough & chewy) I prefer this. The service was quick, the restaurant clean, and the price was comparable! We’ll be back!

The sandwich options are great here. My daughter loved her turkey sandwich. I had a Philly Cheesesteak but the meat seemed like it was boiled. My sandwich was falling apart as I tried to eat it. I wish it was cooked more. Gluten free bread saves this place for me.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free bread is a great option I always enjoy.

I wanted to take a few seconds to acknowledge manager Tony at this location. On the first of November, I ordered a big order through uber eats because it was my birthday and I wanted to be lazy at the house instead of driving. Long story short, this unprofessional driver dropped off the order at an apartment building at the other side of the complex and took a picture. By the time I ran over there, the order was not there. Either she kept it or someone stole it. I was devastated. Not only was it an order that I spent 50 dollars on; but it taking place on my special day made it super disappointing. After being unable to report the issue through Uber, I called the location and was able to get in contact with one of the nicest managers I ever met: Tony. After explaining the situation he apologized very sincerely and offered to bring the order himself!!! I texted him the address and he promptly had the food prepared and delivered the food to me himself. What an awesome display of professionalism, kindness and above and beyond hospitality. Very much appreciated. I went from planning on not wanting to order from Firehouse Subs again to being reminded why this is my favorite sandwich shop. Thanks Tony; thanks Firehouse staff!!

I come in and none of the employees are doing anything then I say I have a to go order and cashier says they would be at the front I go there it’s empty and say nothing is here (cause I already looked when coming in) then he says 3 minutes. I said what have you guys been doing and after 5 minutes they hand mr my food and I just grab it and go and they start laughing. Guess that’s just todays work ethic to expect

First time stopping in. I ordered the meatball sub. It was small but good for lunch. I found the counter too high and awkward so when my order was ready it was a bit of a challenge. Not a deal breaker. This is a good spot for a reasonable lunch.
