I recently indulged in KFC's 3-piece chicken combo with sides of mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw, accompanied by a biscuit and a lemon Bundt cake. Let me just say, it was an amazing and delicious meal! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, a true delight for the taste buds. Each side dish was flavorful and satisfying, especially the creamy mac and cheese and the comforting mashed potatoes. The coleslaw added a refreshing crunch to balance out the meal.What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. The cashier went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Their attentiveness and friendliness enhanced the overall enjoyment of the meal. Kudos to KFC for not only serving up delicious food but also providing exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression.

Stopped by to pick up some food for Family Dinner, Alexander and his team really wowed us with his attention to service. The food looked better than the commercials, and it tasted perfect. I couldn't believe the portions. He sold me on the brownie, and the girls loved it!! Thank you Alexander for the attention to detail and the great food. Most of all thank you for the care you took in making sure this was an incredible Experience.Will be back soon!!

This is STILL the most GHETTO restaurant in the woodlands!Gil attitude was HORRIBLE today.I asked him what chicken was fresh because mine was BLEEDING..... and he cussed me up and down.I won't give this place a third time to disappoint. I can't wait until they are priced out of the woodlands. Good riddance!

Chicken was still bloody inside, under cooked, could not eat.
Horrible experience. Spent almost $60 on a 16 tender meal and and additional 8 piece bucket. No breasts at all. Just super soggy thighs and legs and 2 wings. Was supposed to be extra crispy and was super soggy. The Mac and cheese was old and crunchy. And to top it all off. 4 of the 5 of us are very sick this morning with gastrointestinal issues. I will never order KFC again.
Should have read the reviews first smh. Ordered a 12 piece family meal asked for extra crispy they asked if I wanted half and half to avoid a wait. Get to the window, paid and was still pulled up to wait. I was fine until I got my food, after waiting 10 minutes, with 10 legs and 2 thighs and all original recipe! So disappointed because I made it all the way home and I don’t eat dark meat! Needless to say I will not be back I want my money back to be honest…
