Honestly this Papa Johns never disappoints!! Devon is always here every time I come and he always makes our pizza so good! My 8 year old can never make it home before she eats lol Kerdelle and Devon were so down to earth we laughed and made a few jokes about the very disappointing “pizza pizza guy” lol thank you both for a wonderful experience we’ll be back soon! So good!
The pizza was ready very quickly and the guy running the store (had an eyepatch) was extremely nice and made one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had from papa’s!

We order from them often and only because my kids like them better than greasy Pizza Hut. The stuffed crust pizza (basically dough rolled around string cheese) is never cooked and the pizza is usually burnt. My wife and I don't order from them at all anymore but the kids like it.

Used to make pizzas hot and fresh. Last 2 orders I placed, I showed up early to get them, and both times the pizza was BARELY warm!!! The last time I called to cancel an order because I had changed my mind, the guy on the phone was very unprofessional and hung up on me. He kept demanding to know why I was cancelling!

This is out FAVORITE Papa John's location. I drive 20 mins one way just to pick up dinner from here. The pizza is always hot and fresh and super cheesy, with the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The very worst experience ever! After waiting the said 30-45 minutes for our pizza to arrive (for a special occasion) I called to see what our new wait period was. The young, white female manager claimed that I never even put in an order. After I told her that I did call in the order and I had proof that the $ had already been taken out of my bank account, she hung up on me. Stupid, I know where she works. I went to the facility to get the pizza that I had already paid for and she wouldn't even acknowledge me. She wouldn't give me her name or her bosses name. I was screwed. Frustrated beyond belief that this $&?$ ruined our dinner, my left hand apparently knocked some prefastened boxes down off a shelf. I thought, if she wasn't going to do anything for me, I'd give her something to do when I left. I will never ever ever never order pizza from the Grogans Mill Papa Johns again!
