God forbid you have a problem with your order with a manager like Liz around. She’s not going to apologize, and she’s going to hang up in your face. And turning to a 3rd party for pizza delivery because you don’t want to pay drivers? Silly. Won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again, with the services offered here.

I ordered 4 pizzas , 2 were fully cooked but insanely greasy. I can deal with that. Now what I can’t deal with is 2 of them were raw. I noticed the owner responds to allot of reviews with the exact same complaint . Can you just spend more time checking the quality of your food rather than a bogus reply to our reviews showing empty concern!

Ordered a pizza, the driver got lost, pizza was wrong and cold at the time of delivery. To add insult to injury I had to argue with the manager after six days of trying to get ahold of one for a resolution/refund.

Spent almost 100$ for 3 pizzas and some wings. I wasn't happy about that to begin with but let that slide. My order gets here and two of the pizzas were completely raw. Sticking to the box. Not even edible. Missing ingredients I asked for. The ingredients it DID have was just piled on in a big mess.. I even specifically asked for them all well done, and one was thin crust. I called for a refund or if I could reorder and they said I'd have to come into the store which wasn't an option for me, nor should it even be an option... Needless to say this experience was terrible. I'm re-heating my own pizza now and probably not ordering here again

This was the best personal pan pizza I've ever had. The guy in the back with the curly hair I think Matthew said he worked hard on it. It was perfect and everyone is so family oriented.Really love coming here.
Would give a 1/2 star if I could. Pizza was cold upon delivery (it happens) but when I opened the box, the pizza was undercooked and sticking to the box. It was thin crust pizza so not really that tricky to cook. It was inedible. A frozen pizza from the store would have been better. Pizza Hit has definitely gone down hill.

Pizza Hut food and service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I order from here occasionally and the food was just ok. I placed an order on Dec 10th for a Large 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese, a large Super Supreme, Bread Sticks and a soda. I live only 1 mile from this location. It was delivered 30 after leaving the store. My entire order was cold. Everything I ordered was burnt except for the Super Supreme. I called Pizza Hut to tell them about my order and was told that I would receive a refund and someone from my store would call. After about 5 days I called back and was told the same thing. It's 9 days later and I still haven't talked to anyone or received a phone call. Pizza Hut DO BETTER!!!

Going into this place, you feel that it's dirty. Yhe app said ready. I went into get my food. Only to be told that their system was slow. The food wasn't warm, than the TV wasn't on to show orders. Also the employees didn't seem to care that the customers were waiting. The employees were talking not family friendly very loud. Seems the manager doesn't care that customers are leaving this kind of feed back. I suggest not ordering here. If you want hot pizza and food. DONT ORDER HERE!!

Loved this place the first couple times I've gone but damn this place has given me a serious relationship with the bathroom past 48 plus hours.Ordered the same thing since day one and eaten here at least four to five times. Anywho, first few times no big deal then had slight stomach issues the fourth time. Didn't think anything of it. Then again on the fifth after eating dinner both times. Ate the fifth as left overs couple nights ago BIIIG mistake. Also no wasn't old. Maybe in the fridge a day or two at the mostBeen in and out of the restroom especially when drinking any liquids for some reason. Water, soda, etc.Not sure if the the cooks who runs the night shift have gotten lazier or distracted past couple days baking but something needs to change! Or maybe the cashier lady had me food poisoned for not tipping which to be fair I never do anywhere at a fast food chain if I use my time and gas to get it personally. Had someone delivered absolutely! Btw if you try to order on the app it literally won’t let you complete your order unless you put one in even for pick up. Money hungry…Anyway was trying to relax and enjoy my night before a long trip today but it was difficult. Also donated plasma yesterday, pretty sure my restroom trips dehydrated meManagement please do something
