The food was amazing, but not perfect. The breakfast burrito had too little meat in it, other than that perfectly fine. The strawberry shortcake pancakes were amazing! the cream topped on the pancakes turned my day around.

Love Snooze A.M. ?!!!The food is always good and above average quality! Atmosphere is lively. For the best experience we wait to get a booth by the window. Never had a problem with the service. We look forward to any opportunity to eat hereNitro cold brew and orange mimosas are a staple.

Wish I could say anything about this place. I enjoyed the San Diego restaurant and wanted to try Houston area (The Woodlands)..I called THREE TIMES in a 10 min period at 9 am. The site shows that there is no wait time, so where is the staff?!On Yelp, it shows as “good for pets” but also states “no dogs allowed”. Well, does that mean only cats and horses?I honestly was calling to inquire IF outdoor seating was open today as it rained profusely yesterday and night. AND to get clarity on the conflicting statements as I do have my fur baby with me. He is a dog so I needed to learn if his species was being discriminated against. Guess it doesn’t matter now anyway.

I'm curious why we show up at 10 am 30% of the tables are empty and it's a 30 minute wait? Then the ahole who cut me off in the parking lot who backed in to a handicapped without a handicapped sticker got sat right away while my wife who I dropped off before they parked was told it would be 30 minutes....as soon as I got there I remembered why we haven't been back because I absolutely despise these breakfast places where some young girl with a bad attitude is in charge of the flow of patrons...glad we went to The Kitchen...

Awesome restaurant for breakfast. Thoughtful, tasty spins in traditional dishes and great service. Weekend “eye openers” too if you need or are celebrating the morning.Love dining here as often as I can.My 2 cents.Greg T.

I've been here a couple of times and it's just too inconsistent, in a bad way. One visit will be great, and the next will be polar opposite. And that encompasses the service, the food, the temperature of the food and the quality of the food. I just can't give a recommendation for Snooze a.m.On our first visit, we were greeted and seated rather quickly. Our server was a great presence and attitude, greeted us right away and made us feel really comfortable and welcome to be there. She didn't give off any trippy vibes or anything but pure hospitality. She brought us out our coffees and waters really quickly and was able to bring us extra creamer in a spare mug, since our table had to share it. She took our order and brought out the food. We had the Strawberry Shortcake pancakes and the Mexican breakfast burrito. Both were very good! The pancake stock came with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. The pancakes were buttery, thick and taste like they were made from scratch. They came with a side of sugared bacon strips which were excellent. The breakfast burrito was of a generous portion and had a strong green salsa on top which made for a fun breakfast. On our next visit we showed up and waited more than a half an hour. They weren't sure how to seat people in order and things seem kind of chaotic. The server that came to our table was kind of a trippy gal and seemed a little bit bewildered... I'm not sure? We ordered our coffee and water and ask for extra creamer. She stated that she was scared of the kitchen staff, and they would be angry with her if she brought out more than a thimble of creamer. Her solution was to literally bring out 10 tiny ketchup thimbles of creamer to our table which was just nonsensical. From there she pretty much ignored her table until after a wait she brought out our food. Our food was literally room temperature or colder. My wife ordered the blueberry pancakes which were made with some sort of a blueberry dehydrated raisin and the pancakes were total opposite of delicious like they were before. They did not taste like they were from scratch. In fact, they didn't even taste like they used butter or eggs. I ordered the eggs Benedict and there's nothing like good old cold egg yolks to kind of make it slightly nauseous. Also, the bacon this time was opposite of the last time. The first time we had delicious bacon that was made with brown sugar. This time was neglected dry bacon that had no sugar on it and actually was opposite and just disgustingly salty. Then came to requesting extra pancakes syrup because we didn't want just one thimble which again her solution was to bring out multiple Thimbles of pancakes syrup. The whole visit was chaotic and really just a big disappointing turn off. And several times we had to ask other waitresses for coffee refills. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Snooze am for a fun or satisfying dining experience. It is too random and when it goes bad it goes really bad. With the immense selections of other restaurants in The Woodlands to get breakfast at, I would recommend going somewhere else.

Very eclectic group of patrons. Food was very different from what I'm used to. Bread pudding French toast was very sweet. Toast was well dry. Peanut butter chocolate pancakes were ok not too powerful with the peanut butter.

We ordered the pancake flight, French toast, omelet, and ricotta scrambled eggs. Out of the 3 pancakes whichever one had the pecans was the best one! The French toast was also tasty. The ricotta scrambled eggs were my dish - who knew that combo would be delicious! I just added some salt/pepper for my taste.10/10 would come again ?

Food was good. The blueberry ricotta pancakes were awesome. Hostesses were very kind (we waited an hour for a table). The waitress may have had too many tables. We had to request our coffee three times and my water was only refilled once (even though I requested another refill). When it was time to leave, we had to go find her to let her know we were ready to pay out. And like most restaurants nowadays the music was loud and we had to sit close and speak up to hear each other. Definitely 4.5 stars.
