Two burgers and a small tator tots, yet after about 3 or 4 bites I realize, NO TOMATOES, didn't seem worth calling them back, I was just in the mood for a burger so was the husband and his burger had no tomatoes, the receipt showed we order our burgers with tomatoes. That would have been the healthy part of the burger, right? Just letting them know so they can be more careful. Somebody else might get more upset. The husband wouldn't bring it to their attention. Maybe they were out of tomatoes?

I consistently go out of my way to travel to this location if I want Sonic. I have never been disappointed in the food or the customer service. They are super quick to make the food and everything comes out fresh and just right. All of the staff are so sweet!

Our car hop Tansley was extremely rude and was rolling her eyes as we were paying because we were paying in cash and coins. I felt very uncomfortable paying because I felt judged and hurt. Nobody should be shamed for how they have to pay.

Sonic is a pretty good fast food place to eat at but they took out the cinnasnacks which are my favorite item to get at sonic. Worst decision ever.

Just ordered three combos and drove 10 minutes home. Tater Tots were soggy, all of the burger buns were old and tough, lettuce was whilted and brown in some spots. Absolute trash!! This is what you get when kids run the place. Trash customer service. Never again.

HORRIBLE customer service from the manager. I purchased several gift cards from this location, for teacher gifts, and went today to use 3 left over ones. They had zero balance, although they were never used. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and argued with me for at least 20 minutes. She even found my purchase transaction and I showed her my credit card charge, and she would not refund me $15. Our family has eaten at this location for 17 years. I will never go back there. Very disappointing.
