Picked up an online order this afternoon in a torrential downpour. Get home and neither sandwich was made correctly. As opposed to going back out in the weather I messaged subway directly. Had to put in store numbers, order numbers, and all sorts of information so they can identify the store and order. They responded very quickly. However, all I received was an email from a person claiming to be the area manager, Socorro Solis, that basically said oops, our bad, better luck next time. The email was extremely possessive, talking about his store, and his staff, but didn’t offer any means of fixing my problems. Obviously customer service isn’t a priority for this subway so I won’t be returning. As for this Solis individual. There is only one n in manager so you might want to fix your email signature because it makes you look like a moron.

I honestly don’t understand all the bad reviews for this location. Every time I have gone the sandwiches were perfectly made and delicious and the service is by far the friendliest of any location I can remember.

These sandwiches were so disgusting, even with the bogo promo they’re running. I tried contacting them, but instead I got the most pathetic email from their area manager, Socorro Solis, about product nutrition, which had nothing to do with how bad these sandwiches are. If there’s anything nutrition related, it’s that it’s a miracle neither one of us contracted a food borne illness

When you work @a sandwich shop you should know your products & entice the customer on what they’re kind of thinking about in their selection right? This chick just looked at me like I was a moron & no Character - anyways, thanks for making me a sandwich. I appreciate it. Also make sure the lettuce doesn’t look brown in spots- Have a good day.

Went during lunch, 3 people working and it took forever!! Had a new person making sandwiches and she didn't know what went on them or the different types of bread. The sweet tea was really sweet but good and cold.

Ordering food here was kind of weird because I was talking about 8 grains on the bread. The girl looked at me like she didn’t even know what I was talking about. When you work @a sandwich shop you should know your products & entice the customer on what they’re kind of thinking about in their selection right? This chick just looked at me like I was a moron & no Character - anyways, thanks for making me a sandwich. I appreciate it. Also make sure the lettuce doesn’t look brown in spots- Have a good day.

Ordered (3)6 inch subs and all came with only bread, 2 slices meat & 1 triangle of cheese and drowning in mustard and mayo. I called the store and the lady said she made them but there was only 2 of them in the store. So I asked for her name and the owner of the store and suddenly she could no longer speak. She was rude and asked me “have you ever worked in a sandwich store before” and I answered “yes” and she state “ I doubt you have by your answer.” These were gross and the girl who got the tuna sub (I don’t think it had tuna on it-it didn’t smell that way anyway !!!! She threw her food out so no picture !!!! Don’t Go Here !!!!! Horrible ????See photos !!! Seriously ?????? Where is the owner ???? I want to talk to them !!!!!!Dietary restrictions: I guess it is fine if you want a mustard and mayonnaise sandwich. Yuk !
