I am so upset, I ordered take out, I went to pick it up on the Woodlands location, and when I arrived home, my order was missing a Mac and cheese, a sub house salad and extra sauce, this is un acceptable, I paid for all of that and I was missing 30% of my order. This location is the worst, worst experience and I got ripped. Do not order here! They stole part of my order.

My food was cold. The new sizzling chicken and shrimp recipe is odd. The old jack sauce used to be so good on it but now it’s some cold marinara sauce. Waste of $20

I ordered to go I ordered the grilled whiskey glaze chicken with broccoli and loaded mash potatoes it was beyond salty oh my goodness I couldn't even eat it when I got home and the chicken was slightly undercooked I will not visit this location again oh and the women's restroom was nasty that should've been my sign to

All of our food was overcooked to the point that it was almost burned. We were served food before we got our silverware, which we had to get ourselves off an open table. I'm not sure I will come back to this location.

We went for a late evening meal on Sunday. It wasn’t very busy and we were sat immediately. Drinks were filled quickly. The food we ordered was cooked as we ordered so it was piping hot when it came out.

Parking lot empty and there was a reason. We waited at the hostess stand for 5 minutes before anyone came to ask if we needed seated.. Drinks we flat and left before we ordered. The waitress was nice that's it about it. Bathroom and restaurant was dirty overall. Really gone downhill.

Took my daughter there last Friday night. I was wondering why we were one or two groups in the restaurant at 6pm on a Friday night. She got fish and chips and I got the cheeseburger. Two bites into the burger I bite into a hard piece of something. The next bite I ended up getting a very long piece of hair. Needless to say it ruined our dinner out. I didn’t pay for the burger and the manager did comp us for the entire meal. Not going back

I've been ordering takeout from this Friday's for years. Lately, the service seems to have really gone downhill. My most recent order, I ordered two ribs and shrimp combos. The combos were described as including bbq sauce on the side. When I received my order, neither of my combos included any shrimp. One of sides, a salad, was also missing. And instead of including sauce on the side, the sauce was just slathered all over the takeout container, including all over my broccoli and french fries (which just don't taste good either bbq sauce). I can understand a few mistakes as being attributed to genuine error or some standard level of incompetence, but with so many problems with a single order, it was just theft.

We haven't been to TGIF in over 12 years and now I remember why. Food was ok but the atmosphere was not ok, we walked in felt hot muggy, smelled like wet dog my daughter said. Our waiter was pretty good he serviced us well. Food was ok but it didn't sit well in our stomachs. Others waiters around we vaping inside the restaurant! Well see you maybe never TGIF. Disappointed.

tears. i wanted to burst into tears when the food arrived. it was all bad. our server was really sweet but it just still didn't make up for how bad the food was. one star is generous.

Horrible service it took almost 10 minutes just to get waters and even longer to get the check. The food was well below average. The building was also hot and humid and the whole place smelled like a restroom.

The waitress my son & I had the want to say Abby or Katy ? (Not sure ) served us tonight . Immediately I knew the experience would be subpar when she walked right up to us and we literally just sat and tried to take our order without even seeing the menu. No suggestions, no intro to specials and she kept it very brief . I ordered wings extra breaded and fried hard along with egg rolls and spin dip . When my food arrived , it was good , it was fresh , but instead of telling me they didn’t make them breaded she still put the order in when I wouldn’t have ordered had I known . Toward the end I asked for multiple sauces , only to be handed to go rampkins for the ones I had and I intentionally ordered them so I didn’t have to scrape out what was left . Told me after I asked for them again that I had to be charged . Don’t know what bothered me more , her assuming I couldn’t afford them or her not telling me beforehand they were additional.charges . Overall it wasn’t horrible just wasn’t good , gave it two stars because the food was fresh , but because I was stereotyped as a “black customer who probably wouldn’t tip “ and not given a full experience , I wouldn’t give it 5 stars. I work in the industry so I’m very familiar with how it works . Server needs to learn steps of service and also check back instead of my son having to get up and go grab her . If I’m just assuming and that wasn’t the case , and maybe the server was tired or not in the mood to take it , give the table to a someone else who wants to give a great guest experience ! If it was due to her just being bland overall and thinking the bare minimum of service should be given to guest, I suggest more training and server tips !EDIT : just found out my card was charged an additional amount over 20% additional when 20% wasn’t even earned . Will be calling management & corporate in the morning !
