Absolutely delicious! This place has a lovely happy hour and I'm always tempted to stop by when I visit conroe! The happy hour is really excellent. I always grab a Marg (deliciously made) and a spicy tuna roll. This time, I decided to branch out and grabbed the tuna tower. WOW WOW WOW was it amazing! The fish here is high quality. You can just tell from the way it tastes. It practically melts in your mouth. If you're in town and want to hit up a happy hour, this is the way to do it. It's fancy and very reasonably priced.

We had a reservation for an important evening and showed up to a restaurant that was shut down the week prior. Certainly was unexpected, but it would have been better if a cancellation notice went out through open table either the app or a text.

One of our favorite places for sushi! The service has always been outstanding as well.

The place was closed when we arrived at 7 pm even though we had a confirmed reservation! Another customer was also outside who also had a reservation. I will never try to go there again!

Our goto for Japanese food Great food service and an Awesome Happy Hour The lobster sushi roll and whole soft shell crab appetizer are Fanulous

Sushi was great. Hot plate steak teriyaki was dry. My biggest complaint was that my reservation for outside wasn't honored even though we called in that we would be 15 minutes due to traffic and we were told it was okay and they would hold our reservation. We get there and we were told we would have to sit inside. Then we were told by the hostess that the restaurant couldn't serve alcohol until Monday due to corporate forgetting to renew the liquor license. Being Saturday night we just went ahead and ate there. The server was extremely nice but I could tell overwhelmed. A lot of work needs to be done but hopefully they get it together at Blue Fish.

We were at this location for a Birthday celebration. We noted that on OpenTable and we told the waitress who didn't even acknowledge it or ask who's Birthday it was. When we finished eating, at least 15 minutes passed before the waitress came by to clear plates and even longer to bring the check. We were not offered coffee or dessert or asked if we wanted anything else? When we entered they were working on the front door with a loud drill and we were seated on the patio by the rear door and the work continued on that door during our meal. Why is construction or repairs going on while the restaurant is open? This was my first time here and it will be the last. Big Disappointment! Service like this is why restaurants in The Woodlands come and go so quickly.

Had a peaceful meal outside by the lake. Service was initially very slow and although there appeared to be enough staff the outdoor terrace was only being serviced by two waiters who were overloaded at the peak Saturday evening time. Fish was fresh and sashimi gorgeous. Nice !

This is one of our favorite places to go to when the weather isn't too cold so we can sit outside and enjoy the lake view. Besides the ducks, you can sometimes see a bald eagle flying overhead, it's nest is nearby. The food is always fresh, and the squid salad is to die for. The only thing that I wish it had was more non-fish options since my wife doesn't eat fish. They have some, but not enough.

Such good food! Sitting outside on the patio or inside on a bar top is the way to go.

It was my first Dine-In experience with this restaurant. I have ordered delivery once, the taste was very good. Yesterday we went there with my wife and in laws, everything was delicious. Waiter was so kind and well informed about the menu. The food was so fresh. I definitely recommend !

Our experience at The Blue Fish Woodlands last night was one for the record books, and not in a good way. Robert and I got there a little early so we ordered a drink. He asked for Johnny walker black and a splash of ginger ale, to which the waitress stated "no idea what that is" referring to the ginger ale. Then she proceeded to ask us what a Johny Walker was... a tequila or a vodka... Now, I have worked with bars and restaurants and I know the server has not been properly trained, so in reality, it's not on her... this is a failure on the restaurant management side. After all of our party of 12 arrives, 4 of our orders were wrong and my poke bowl was missing the seaweed salad and the poke sauce... so I literally had a bowl of rice with 2 meats that I picked at but didn't really eat. They later brought out the right bowl and explained they didn't put that on there because someone at our table had sesame allergies (which 1 person does have sesame allergies) but it didn't make sense they didn't add that to MY order since his was separate. My sister's roll never came and we were so upset that we just cancelled it and went somewhere else. She ate there. I've had bad experiences at other restaurants and I never really post about them but, this is the 2nd time I have bad service at a Blue Fish restaurant and maybe someone can help them train their staff a little better, and save future tables from bad experiences. Wishful thinking!! ‍

Great experience! Our waitress gave great service and recommendations. The ambiance of the restaurant was truly spectacular and truly set up a magnificent background for the evening.
