Horrible poor customer service. No eye contact from the cashier, David R. He stared down the whole time while I was ordering and trying to ask a specific question. I pointed to my bag for him to look and see what I was asking, and he just waved me away. He never even spoke to, or pay attention to me as a customer. I canceled my order and only bought a Coke. I paid with cash and the David even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my change back. Extremely horrible and rude customer service. I will not return to this store.

I'm not sure why I keep giving this place a chance. The food is so mediocre and they never get the orders right. Today I ordered a wicked and received a cold sandwich with 1 small piece of turkey which was loaded with an absurd amount of mayo. I never ask for refunds but I'm tired of the lack of accountability so I finally did. 1 star for food quality and 1 bonus star for giving me a refund. Jersey Mike's is across the street and is much better. Look elsewhere for a sandwich. Hope this helps!

We came here shortly after it opened for the day and somehow it looked dirtier than most places that have been open an entire day. Absolutely filthy. Tables, chairs, and floors all covered in food crumbs and grease.

My favorite sandwich in all the land. They have unfortunately closed SO MANY of these sandwich shops... first had it when I lived in South Carolina... those closed... found one in Vegas we visited every 3 months from Reno... closed... Sacramento had one 2 hour drive over the hill.... closed. I was upset every dang time... but here we are with family now in Texas and there is still one in The Woodlands and at IAH however The one in Lake Conroe closed since we visited last year smh. I'm keeping all my toes and fingers crossed that this one remains open so I can get my toasty Italian grinder with mozzarella, black olives, and avocado every time. This visit I have been 4 times in 10 days, I regret nothing. I don't understand and never will the lower reviews... but everyone has their own experiences and mine have always been great.

My mobile order was ready on time. Though my sandwich had barely any turkey and was 90% spinach. Such a rip off. Been ordering here for two years but it’s just not worth it anymore.

This was the first time at which which look nice but was confusing took a while to figure everything out wasn't busy you would have thought someone would have asked if we needed and help. We ordered sat down about 15 minutes later got food. There were only three other pain the place. When we got our sandwich and started to eat we couldn't fine much meat it was sad to pay $13 for a sandwich with more lettuce tomato's cheese with little to no chicken. Don't think we'll return

Ordered 60 boxed lunches for a corporate luncheon and they didn't label any of the sandwiches. I called the restaurant to explain that some people don't eat pork, so marking the sandwiches would have been ideal. I spoke with the store associate "Hannah" and she went on to explain that "Pork would be ham and would be pink...and bacon is pork". She also recommended that people "open the sandwiches and look at them". Come on Which Wich, it takes 2 seconds to mark a sandwich for your customers...........thanks, thanks a lotUpdate: The owner called me and stated that they didn't label the 60 identical boxes because I didn't ask them to. Wow ?
