Food is decent but customer service is awful. The manager Christina was extremely rude and disrespectful about our pick up order being incorrect.

We used to be regular customers at least once a week but it’s been a while out of our routine so we went this evening. I have an intolerance to oil and when my husband asked the gal if we could have just vinegar for my salad, she said that the dressing is pre-made and that she was sorry. I already had my salad and so I went back in myself to politely explain, and she said the same to me and said sorry. I knew at that point I was being lied to and I pointed out that they make them here and I knew she had vinegar back there. This is seriously something I’ve never ever had to say at a restaurant. She then very politely said “let me go see….and she brought out some vinegar and apologized. I really feel like this wasn’t even her fault and that these instructions are being given from the corporate office or management. I know that with COVID much has changed as far as dressings out etc..but sadly if you can’t offer accommodations for oil dressings we will not be able to return. We used to come regularly before COVID and hopefully this won’t be an issue again as we do enjoy the food.

The manager on duty Saturday was so rude. Called in a order and she was very short. Then went and picked it up and told her she said just don’t come back.. And didn’t care at all..

Extremely rude cashier. She was very hostile and barely answered any questions and made no attempt to be friendly. Constant eye rolls and laughing at the customer. Very disappointed.

Zoe's has great, friendly service and are quick serving your meal. The food is always flavorful nicely served. I love the pita bread and humus too.

I’m not sure if it is all zoeys or this one since I’ve only eaten from this one the past 5 years, but this one has fallen off. The past three times I have been the food is not up to Zoeys par. The tomato soup seems to continuously change the recipe. The past two times the soup has been VERY thin and today my soup was thick and almost to the point of being burned. In addition to that my protein bowl with salmon taste like the salmon is not good. It is very fishy. I love this place, but being disappointed is becoming a trend.
