I have never in my life been treated as rudely as by Casey who is a manager there. I asked her a question and while she was replying I “dared” attempt to clarify my question and she interrupted me with a rude and demeaning “I am still talking.” She has no business working in customer service position. I can only imagine how she treats the staff there if she can’t even pretend to be polite with customers. They have lost my business.

This was our first time to eat here. The Staff was Very Friendly and Helpful! The Restaurant was Clean. Our Food came out fairly Quickly and was Amazing!!! We are Looking Forward to Returning Soon!!! We Highly Recommend Zoes Kitchen in The Woodlands!!!

I used to go to the Zoe’s in Sterling Ridge but it’s no longer there and the food was always perfect! Tonight I ordered the salmon kabobs and they were way over cooked and shriveled up little pieces that tasted awful . Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture. It must have been leftovers from the day before. It was terrible and Way overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food.

I could not be happier with my recent visit here at this Zoes. Very clean and welcoming environment. Smiles from both back and front of house teams led me to believe this place was very well managed. The Spicy Chicken Kabobs are amazing. I can tell these had not been cooked and held for too long. My friends and I will def. be back. Fantastic Job!!!

I stopped here for dinner after visiting the park and seeing the Christmas tree. The store was clean and colorful. The staff were friendly. I ordered the basil pesto hummus with pita bread and both were delicious. I also ordered a salmon protein bowl with cauliflower rice. While the flavor was good, they went too light on the sauce and the salmon was scarce, as well as a bit dry. Overall I enjoyed my meal and would be willing to try some of their other fare.

I’m a regular at Zoe’s for countless years! I love going there for my cheat meals because it’s a healthier choice!! The manager and a young lady that works Sunday night at 6:22 pm are the rudest and most unprofessional i have ever experienced going to zoe’s!! I don’t need to spend my money and have to be disrespected at the same time!! never going there again!!!
Had their chicken sliced with onions and thank goodness sauces to dip them in or otherwise zero flavor.

AMAZING!!! the lovely lady behind the counter i believe she said her name was Casey WAS ABSOLUTELY the sweetest and most respectful person Ive ever came in contact with!! she recommended amazing entrees and was so truthful with the things she did not prefer or recommend my husband and I to eat. she checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was correct and that we loved our food and we did ! thanks to Casey!! that girl deserves a raise she was working the full two hours we were dining in just finding more things to do and clean! amazing work ethic that young girl has!!! honesty is what i look for when ordering from a new place and we will definitely be coming back and will be very disappointed if Casey is not there.
