If you are in the Timpson area , you have to stop at Johnson’s wang dang do. You will not be disappointed with anything on the menu. If you can finish there amazing burger, you will need a nap afterwards!! Absolutely amazing food and people!!

I have been seeing pictures of food advertised on fb and been wanting to try. I'm so happy I stopped by today!! I bought 6 PC regular wings with ff's. Delicious!! I met the owner Mr. J. and I even heard him singing a snippet of Silent Night (Thank ya) I'm sure I'll be back to this hidden gem for more great food!! Blessings Mrs.

The food is too good to miss. I write this because the structure itself is very easy to miss. In conversation with one of the customers, I learned that Mr Johnson is a lay preacher. If his sermons are as good as his wings, he must be saving souls faster than anyone since Billy Graham.

I stopped by last night (first time) and ordered a take-out cheeseburger and a chicken baked potato. Both were outstanding! Can’t wait to try the other menu items.
I had an opportunity to visit with Mr. Johnson by phone today and can’t say how impressed I am with him and his restaurant. What a pleasant, unexpected surprise.
Was absolutely blown away by this amazing little burger and wing joint. Very small restaurant, maybe 6 tables? But Charleston Johnson knows how to do the basics well. Burger was perfect. And hand cut fries out here? Timpson? Yes. The maple bacon (yes, maple bacon) dry rub wings were outstanding. Crispy outside and juicy inside. The best part was Charleston himself. Warm, welcoming and made you feel like you were his favorite customer even though we'd just met.

Service was outstanding, food was delicious, it is a small place and we got our order to go so can't speak about the ambiance. The owner brought a menu to our car and took our order and then brought our food out to us. Very generous portions also. If you are in or around Timpson,Texas go by Johnsons Wang Dang Do.
