I am not from this area. So when using the app, somehow it suggested that I order in another part of town. Well... I have to tell you that I submitted a request through the app, and the area manager called me up within 25 minutes! And he offered to refund my money from this store, so I wasn't basically paying twice. I am so impressed with the customer service. My daughter loves eating at Arby's, and this just made us loyal customers because of the customer service alone! This is how you do it when there are technical errors. The kindness that was shown towards me made me feel so much better. I'm dealing with a lot of extra stress right now.... so this eases my burdens.Regardless of all that, the food was made quickly, and it tasted fantastic as usual. The Greek gyro is the BEST thing on the menu! The dining atmosphere was very nice and they played music from my decade... so that was a treat as well.Thank you, Sam, and thank you, Arby's.

I drove thru ans ordered deluxe roast beef sandwich meal. Paid $11.26. Got home and found I was given a Fish sandwich! I hate Fish sandwiches! I live 10 miles away so couldn't go back so I called twice! Nobody answered the phone. The place was not busy when I went there, in fact I was the only car in li e and the restaurant was virtually empty, so I guess they just don't care.
It's no wonder Arby's are going out of business. Ordered the 2 for $6 Roast Beef Sandwiches and all you get is a couple of off colored roast beef slices (very skimpy serving) and 2 buns =

I ordered a hamburger and a fish sandwich.. The burger was very good. The wagu beef was cooked as requested. The fish was awesome. It had the taste of wild caught and there wasn't too much breading.

Took my family out to eat here the other day. The last behind the counter, as well as the rest of the staff, was kind, friendly, and respectful to all of us. The food was great (I had the reuben, wife and kids had lamb gyros.). Had a wonderful experience there. Wish there was one a bit closer to where I live.

Staff here is great. Order always accurate and they seem to stay in stock of most specialty and limited time items. Food comes out fresh and piping hot. No complaints. One of the better fast food choices around!
