I got the taco salad, it was great. Our had cactus chips, which were way better then I thought they'd be. Maybe even better then regular tortilla chips.The peanut butter cookie on the other hand was the worst cookie I've ever tasted, so skip that.I also got a mini cheesecake that was white chocolate and coconut, amazing.The boss seemed to call while I was there, seemingly to ruin my server/ cashiers day. They got barked at, and weren't the same after.I hope they improve, and figure things out. If you're looking for a keto place give it a shot.

Saw this place on FB and we wanted to be in the area to search Antique stores so we decided to stop by. Well, I am pretty sure you'll have the same response my wife and I had...There is no way this is sugar free. Wow, the cupcakes and pound cake were absolutely amazing. It is such a rarity that everything here is GLUTEN FREE and sugar free. We will be back expecting a line next time.

Gluten free goodness!A very welcoming spot in the strip center. Very often will have sugar free options in the pastry case as well. Came to sample goodies because we want a gluten free dessert table at our wedding this year, and I am MORE than impressed.Delicious food, friendly service, and OPTIONS!!I'd much rather give my patronage to a local shop than one of the many "green" franchises popping up.Came in for brunch and I cannot wait to come back for the weekday menu.

My wife and I love this place. The only drawback is that we forget to come often enough. Today we stopped in for lunch on a whim. My wife had the keto pepperoni pizza and I had the keto egg salad sandwich. Both were delicious! The egg salad was like homemade and maybe even better than what I remember my grandma making as a child. Make a point to stop by for some good and healthy food!

This spot is AMAZING!!! I kept missing them being open but I am soooo glad I finally got to catch them open!!! The donut I had from here was AMAZING!!! Seriously THE BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE donut I have had since going gluten free. I also had the chocolate cupcake with cookies and cream frosting and the frosting was soooo delicious and fluffy!!! I was NOT expecting that at all. I had the fried chicken and waffles OH MY GOODNESS!!! Absolutely outstanding. Seriously drooling about it right now!!! I have yet to eat the last item I purchased but I will tomorrow. Now that I know their hours I will definitely try to do at least a weekly trip, if possible. Sooo delicious!!! Definitely recommend to everyone that must have a gluten free or keto or vegan diet. This place is amazing and I hope they continue to exist.

We ate dinner here tonight for a friends birthday and everyone enjoyed their meal immensely! I had the keto cfs & a side of garlic broccoli that was delicious. The cactus chips and cheese dip were AMAZING. We don't have pics to post because we ate so quickly. I'm excited to come back & try their lunch & brunch menu sometime soon!!! Definitely a great meal!!!

ive been a few times to buy pizza crusts and other baked food but decided to have lunch while we were there. we were going to get pizza, but the panini sounded really good. we were not disappointed. very low carb often means very low in flavor. this was not the case with our lunch. will definitely be back.

Today we met at Caroline’s - A Healthy Eatery because one of our members is gluten-free. Y’all, go! I’m not keto or gluten-free but I’d go any day of week.We all had Berry Mimosas (complimentary) Breakfast Tostadas and Loaded Biscuits & Gravy. Sorry, no pics but I can tell you it was a huge thumbs up from everyone.We sat outside and enjoyed the lovely weather while they cheerfully waited on us hand & foot. They even brought us samples of their gluten-free Ding Dong Turtle Cake. Yummo!!!I’ve always heard wonderful things about Caroline’s and now I know it’s all true.

I said it I the store n I'll say it here I wish we ran into this place earlier In the week .. amazing food environment is nice and smooth... the desserts oh my goodness... if you happen to be near this location def get yourself something nice... n the staff wonderful and pleasant happy to assist offered samples....
