This location has always been a little up and down when it comes to quality of food and service, but lately it’s been a great location! I am not sure if they had a change in management but service is always quick and actually NICE, food could still use some improvement but not too bad. This has been my go-to location for a few months now!Kid-friendliness: I don’t think I’ve seen this location be extremely packed inside, only the drive thru so I would definitely take advantage of the children’s play area if my son was old enough.

Whether we choose to dine in or opt for curbside service, the food quality and taste are always excellent. Additionally, the customer service is outstanding on every visit. It’s reassuring to see the manager frequently present, always attentive and friendly, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer experience. Chick-fil-A remains our go-to spot for enjoying delicious fast food with exceptional service!

Worst experience at a chick fil A! Service was horrible, its ran by kids and they have poor customer service! They got my order wrong and then I had to wait extra time and I just requested for a simple refill and they were gonna make me buy a whole new drink! If my kid wasnt waiting for the food, I would of taken all of it back and got a refund! The fries are wayy undercooked! I will go the extra mile to travel to a different location next time!

This is the second time I've eaten at this chick fil a location. Something is off with the food quality. The chicken tastes like it's been fried in old oil/a different cheaper quality oil. The French fries were luke warm after both visits. Staff is unfriendly and not helpful.

I ordered the grilled chicken nuggets and for the price I would think I'd get bigger pieces than barely bigger than my end of my finger size. Got the 8 piece and it barely filled half the cup. Are these normal size now? Seems they were bigger before. Also bought a bag of chocolate chip cookies and usually they are warm and gooey and good. But this must have been a week old cause they were dry and stale. Waste of $10 for the cookies and over $6 for the grilled nuggets.

I don’t know what is wrong with this CFA but its like its not a part of the chain we are all obsessed with! Food is literally always yuck, and i keep thinking its a one-off and go back. But ive had bad food probably 7 of 10 visits. Its weird. Im not sure ive ever had bad food once at another location. CFA needs to get a new operator here.

This is a McD*nald’s that serves chicken sandwiches. Grew up going to CFA in Georgia (where founded) and got too used to good service and hearing “my pleasure”. The food here is also a disappointment and not as good as the average CFA. We always heard that CFA has very strict standards for franchising. Not sure how this location slipped through the cracks- it is evident that management/employees do not care. It’s a shame that locals think this is what CFA is like. I’ve been to this location 5-6 times and my experience has been consistent: disappointing.

Only Chick-Fil-A location I've regretted visiting. Food quality was surprisingly bad for this brands expectations: stale bun, rubbery grilled chicken served room temperature. I requested large fry and drink, received medium and was still shorted on fries. Table and chairs sticky. The building itself needs a deep clean or update, playplace seating cushions are split open. 1 out of 3 staff members I interacted with seemed friendly, the rest seemed almost angry to be there. Over all dissapointing.
I got food poisoning from the cobb salad with grilled chicken today which was super fun. Also, their drive through takes FOREVER every single time. I will go back to this location ever again.

We walked in and ordered to go. the lady calling out names did not speak English. after 15 minutes. I noticed a bag on a shelf and ask if that was mine, she said no. I finally realized it was mine. How can you hire people that don't speak English And then put them in a position where they interact with the public.

Your food here will always be old from the warmer. Staff don't really seem to care. You'll either have a missing item or a wrong item.Make the 10 minute extra drive to the 5905 FM 2920 kuykendahl location. You'll receive 10/10 service and quality food there.I don't really write reviews much but damn. This Chick fil a is like the only bad one I've ever been to, and sadly it's the closest one to me.
