I've been a loyal Chipotle fan for years, but I'm absolutely dismayed by their recent price hikes. Every visit now feels like a hit to my wallet that just doesn't justify the same old burrito experience. It seems every time I go back, the prices have crept up again, squeezing a few more cents out of their devoted customers.The portions don't feel any more generous to match the uptick in prices, and if anything, I feel like I'm getting less bang for my buck each time. A simple chicken burrito now costs almost as much as a full meal at a local diner, and let’s not even start on the extra charges for guac. It's exasperating!To make matters worse, the service hasn’t improved at all. You’d think with the extra they charge, they could ensure better customer service or fresher ingredients. Sadly, that’s not the case. It’s just the same assembly line service, rushing you through without any personal touch.Honestly, I’m considering whether it's worth continuing to dine at Chipotle. There are plenty of other options where the cost feels justified by the quality and service. Unless Chipotle rethinks their strategy, I'm thinking it might be time to say goodbye. Disappointing, to say the least!

Every single bite of the steak I had to spit a portion of out because it was so full of gristle. Also, they were out of forks and it's not the best to eat a burrito bowl with a spoon. Other than that service was fast and friendly and everything else about the meal was fine.

Chronically Healed

How are you a Chipotle and run out of most items. I went to order and they were out of queso, brown rice, the food that they did have looked extremely old. And as I read these comments this seems to be an issue. There is no way you should have all these comments and nothing is done about it. And on top of the teenagers were playing loud music and not enough food to feed the customers.

By far the worst chipotle in this area, very stingy with the quantity of food when it’s so expensive, I also asked for some more chicken bc the lady barely gave me any, she proceeded to give me the chicken but would later charge me extra and it costed close to 20$ for one bowl!!! I don’t not recommend save ur money and go somewhere else.

I just ordered Uber eats from them. I asked for extra on different things in my order and did not receive what I had paid for. Please do better and be less stingy, Thank you.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!I ordered a beef barbacoa burrito bowl with chips and guacamole to be delivered by door dash. I received a chicken al pastor bowl with stale chips and brown guacamole. It’s clear the employees at this location do not know the difference between beef and chicken. Nor do they care if they are providing a customer with fresh food. When I told them what happened to my order I was told they could not remake my order and I needed to take this up with door dash. Uhhh…door dash didn’t make my order. Chipotle did so take responsibility for it!!Dashers if you see an order come across from this Chipotle do not take it!! They will not get your customers order right. It’s not fair Door Dash/Dashers get the blame for the lack of effort these employees are taking when filling an order. I didn’t even get an apology from them. The last time I checked an apology was free!!

Normalize giving 0 starsRespectfully, this location sucks. Their policy is absolute trash when it comes to the CHIPOTLE EMPLOYEES making the mistake! Just know if a CHIPOTLE EMPLOYEE fails to READ and know the difference between Barbacoa and Chicken Al Pastor, CHIPOTLE will make you literally PAY AGAIN for their mistake.Not to mention this location always runs out of their inventory. Today they ran out of bowls and their chips were as stale as their retinas.

Walked in 45 mins till close (9:15). Yes I understand they close at 10 but when I walked in 2 people were eating. 2 people were in the back listening to music out loud. Nobody was cleaning LOL. There was no food left no chicken , no steak , no white or brown rice. How could you let your employees sit on the clock and waste your money. You’re paying them for nothing. I’ve came in twice around the same times because I get off work at 8:30. Same thing both times. Nobody is cooking food fast 9pm ????? But are being payed on the clock till 10. I understand closing and cleaning early but these guys were not doing nothing of the sort.

Every time I go here, the employees act like they are having the worst day ever. Terrible attitudes. My bowl today was very small. I even got a comment from the table next to me. Out of chicken and hot sauce and the chicken was chewy. Also the coke was out of order. TEAM FREE BIRDS FROM NOW ON!

Really bad service. The place is run by rude children. None of the ingredients were fresh. No replishment taking place at all. I've been to many of these but this is far and away the worst. I hope I get a refund.

Nasty. Dirty pans stacked on stove, cutting board sitting on the counter with old beef and knife, food trays near empty, beans look like they are crusted over, ran out of sour cream in whole store. Thought Chipotle was a high quality store. I left and didn’t order.

Literally the WORST chipotle i have ever been too . they never have things prepared , my order is almost never right when ordered ahead and they are always claiming to be out of things even tho they open the fridge to check and you can see some right there , i understand that things get pre portioned for days but you’ll just have to portion again .
